As a (City) forum member said a few days back, he is just a business opportunist that made his fortune in ways I'm guessing many billionaires do.

He's previously admitted as much in a UK court where he was praised by the judge for being an honest and reliable witness.

Like most billionaires, I'm sure he's done some questionable things. But that doesn't mean he's in league with the Russian war machine, unless you're saying that being Russian and rich equated to being guilty?
