He's only 31...sometimes you guys talk about him like he's pushing 38 like Modric.

We still have several seasons left of him at his best.
Very true. But his ankle injuries have been bad, his form has been patchier during parts of the last couple of seasons, and Kevin's even admitted that he nearly did himself in playing with those painkilling injections during the Euros. Plus, he's had two serious knee ligament injuries in his career that look like they slowed him down a bit prematurely. But he's still out there swinging and producing nights like last night.

I think when Bellingham comes in, we're going to see him take a lot of the defensive workload off KDB and we'll see more games with Haaland and KDB close together and Kev will get a lot more goals and assists.

Don't really think of KDB as a goalscorer but he's 8th in the PL all time goalscoring records for midfielders now.
KDB has third in the all time assists in sight. 2 assists and he'll pass Pugface (103), with just Fabregas (111) and Family Wrecker (162) above him. Mahrez is 27th with 56 assists.

If Haaland brings up 60 goals for the season, and Kev brings up his City 100 goals, we’ll have won the lot.

He has an unbelievable drive and ability to make extremely hard stuff look very easy. Genuinely a player that would be one of the best players in whatever team he played in.

I've lost count of the number of times I've watched his first goal from last night already.

Love love love it. One of my favourite City goals. Lots of brilliant small details including Haaland's exquisite first touch from the long ball. But the best part is Kev's final touch before he shoots, deliberately knocking the ball forward a few feet so he can run onto it and stroke it in from 22 yards. Fucking beautiful.

And the crowd celebration sounds fantastic too.

Absolute legend. Unreal player. That first goal was just class. Biggest game of our season in the league and he gets 2 goals and an assist.
