A little bit of Sergio in his strike
A little bit of Carlos in his stride
A little bit of Kev to take the lead
A little bit of Goater’s what I see
A little bit of Zabba in the sun
A little bit of Kinky all night long
A little bit of David, beats his man
A little bit of Alvarez destroys your plan!

Won us the game today, signing of the season, imo. He will be one of our best players for the next 10+ years. He needs to be playing every match next season.
No chance. Pep seldom plays with two upfront. And Alvarez isn't really a midfielder, so we can't use him as a like for like replacement should Gundogan and Bernie leave.

Very good that Seb: )

Maybe we could play Julian as a CAM, something like a KDB role from the Arsenal match, and maybe Kevin in the Gundo (deeper) role (if he leaves). I don't know if it makes sense, or I have played too much football manager in my life :).

better signing than Haaland eh?
Haha, look at my username :). For me, Haaland is not in any conversation for the best player, signing, etc. He is the best at pretty much everything and future GOAT :). Haaland will also break Messi's record for goals in a single season if he keeps developing the way he has been.

Agreed, although I think he is suited to the role De Bruyne has been playing recently. We can be using him more to rest Haaland if he needs it and especially KDB next season.

As good as he is, he's not better than either of them yet so they will play the crunch matches if fit.

I think people are reading his "role" incorrectly, he's whatever he needs to be to complement his partner.

Pep has basically all season played 2 up front, with 1 "striker" and 1 "attacking midfielder" as they press together, the midfielder drops deeper obviously.

He has basically played 2 of Haaland, KdB, and Alvarez, with a pretty good rotation imo.

Alvarez is very adaptable, he becomes an "attacking midfielder" if playing with Haaland, or becomes the "striker" if playing with KdB.

He doesn't need to play every game next season, but just needs more and more minutes to rotate with those 2 and give them more rest.

I suspect as KdB gets too old, Foden takes his spot and we rotate between any 2 of the 3 of (Haaland, Foden and Alvarez), that's our future front 2 attack.

What a brilliant player he is. We have a little gem here who is also a great passer of the ball...some perfect passing with his left foot also.

Sold Sterling, Jesus and Zinchenko for 125m, signed Haaland, Alvarez and Akanji for 85m.

Best business in PL history?

I quite liked Jesus, but he and Sterling scored 30 goals between them last season. Currently, Haaland and Alvarez are on 65 and counting...
