Julian in South America,Asia and Africa anywhere outside Europe is easily Manchester City's most famous player so an interesting management issue. As for supposed Argentine cheating we are a country with 47 million who have won 15 continental titles and on Sunday will play our sixth World cup final.Think about it

In their final third build up he looks quite lethargic(not overly busy), like he's concentrating on positioning ect. Then they give the ball away and he turns into a rabid dog and just chases and clatters into whoever won the ball from them. Like we swapped out Gabby for a Gabby that's about 3 times better in front of goal...and who cost a 1/3 what we sold him for.

Hope Pep is taking a bit of inspiration from this Argie team and experiments with Julian AND Erling up top.

Haha ok I’m being excitable, but don’t tell me that first goal of his didn’t make you giddy…or did you leave your dreams indaparkside?
The first goal was extremely lucky but the lad is a genuine star, amazing attitude and superb self confidence not to be overawed by the occasion.

Another big thank you for Txiki and the scouting team to get this one in the bag, it could well go down as Txiki's finest deal ever.

he should be given a chance to play right side and given an extended run as lets be honest he`s not starting ahead of Erling is he when fit?

Like Aguero and Zaba then? Is it just a coincidence or do we actually make an effort to sign the good guy types?

Not like Aguero,unfortunately......i even remember Zaba trying the odd triple pike! but generally he was just warrior like.

We definitely sign players whose attitudes match or surpass their ability but that isn't to say we haven't had a couple who were/are not exactly angels in the honesty department.

£17 million! And his confidence and creativity is infectious. I will say it…Messi’s legacy is what it is, but he has been more effective in this tournament when Alvarez has been on the pitch.
