i have doubt the majority of these feral scouse bastards will boo the national anthem today , and it appears with the approval of the club and their manager , can you imagine the amount of shit our fans and club would recieve if we booed the anthem.
There would be demands for a points deduction (just enough for the Goons to win the league) and an immediate stadium closure , why do the Dippers get away with the total disrepsect they show we know they a have chip on their shoulder and go through life with a cloud hanging over their heads but they appear above any criticism on censure from the media or football authorities.
Scouse Bastards (excluding bluenoses :)

Who would be head of state?
Didn't you suggest Ant & Dec?

Have a televised contest, let it be the PM, let the PM pick someone, let parliament pick a senior MP like the speaker. We currently have a system where their would be uproar if the current head of state actually tried to exercise any real power, so let's take that power away, and either make it part of the current system without it being an extra layer, or make it genuinely powerless, and choose them on a better basis than who your mum and dad are.

Fair enough. Not really the place so I will stop here. And I don't have a horse in this race anyway, living in Asia. But your reply just confirms what I thought. You haven't thought this through, imo.

That's more than a little patronising. We have a system that is pointless, based on birth, and in the no-man's land of having theoretical power than they are absolutely not supposed to use.

Given our current system, there's no need for your presumption that it would create an extra layer of politicians.

A ceremonial president would be analogous to a ceremonial mayor in a town. You would scarcely know they existed.

The Speaker of the Commons could do it. (That was the original solution in 1649). You would probably need an extra Deputy Speaker or two to cover the existing job, but the cost would be peanuts,

Are you serious? Most of the MPs are as dishonest as PiGMOL. I know the system as it stands needs tweaking, but a president? We're a country with a monarch, not a republic. These days, the monarch is mainly a figurehead, yet people come from all over the world to look at and admire the royal residences and other historical sites, putting billions into the economy, most of which is then frittered away by those very MPs in government, or given to their mates to line their pockets.
A republic? No thanks.
By the way, I've seen about 7 seconds of the coronation, flicking round the channels, waiting for our game to start. I'm neither a royalist nor a republican, just a resident of this country which I love, despite it's many faults.

Completely ignored by Sky, not one comment about the singing over the National anthem. You couldn't have a better example of how Sky will not offer a single negative word about the dippers.

Can you blame them they'd have a million Scouse cunts suing them on Tuesday.

Don't want them anywhere near Europe rather the Rags got it (spit) least no **** gets murdered when the Rags play abroad.
