Goldbridge today: "Manchester City are successful because they followed the blueprint of Manchester United between '92 and 2005. That's what Manchester City did."
If we'd done that, we'd have signed Suarez, Salah and Van Dijk from the dippers, Kane and Son from Spurs, Hazard and Kante from Chelsea, Saka, Martinelli and Odegaard from Arsenal and absolutely nobody from the rags.

Has anyone politely mentioned the Glazers were in charge when they won five Premier League titles and a Champions League...

Perhaps, just perhaps, their shitty decline coincided with Ferguson retiring and the £1.3bn they have spent in the interim trying to fill the void.

The Glazers have provided the money, their shit stain outfit has just supplied us with the laughs.
Cheers TH,never knew that. Surely any City fan on any social media channel should be using this long and loud

Captain fucking Marvel - He got injured in Mexico 98 for England we got the 1/4 finals Maradona hand of god and so on without him.

Played all 3 games at Euro 98 first plane home.
Captain Marvel was always known as Captain Tampon at the time due to his injury record. In one week then out for three.

What made illegal approaches to the best players in academies giving parents jobs and even supplying helicopters to allow time to the ground rules to be met?

And every time the Glazers have done so Ratboy is their biggest fan. Won't hear a word against them. But when they don't open their wallets that hypocritical, gutless bastard is out whipping up the anti-Glazers lot with their Norwich scarves and provoking them into causing a riot.

It's not a dig at you at all mate, But who gives a fuck what Goldbridge says? He's a Nottingham Forest fan with a YouTube name.

He's probably still living with his mum doing watchalongs is his box room with his United duvet covers making shit loads of money from dopey twats subscribing to his channel.

He's a fucking virgin ffs

The rags are not a team, they are a selection of highly-paid individuals who -most of the time- play like they couldn't give a fuck one way or the other.
There was something said a little while ago about Leicester City's first team not 'having the appetite for the battle.' I think mostly it was aimed at Maddison but can't be sure.
But it's the same with the vermin, half their players look totally disinterested. Instead of getting stuck in they seem to want to stay on the peripherals of the action, like they're saying: "Dunno. Don't want to get involved."

I would imagine it's fair to say that most of us here on this forum played football back in the day? Probably played for the school team? If so you would have known full well what it's like when the manager is -shall we say- not happy with your performance. The air in the changing room wasn't just blue it was almost black. He would go absolutely apeshit with anyone who wasn't putting in a shift, so by the time you went back onto the pitch you were fired up like never before. And it worked.

But with ten-bob I get the impression he doesn't seem particularly interested either, like some of his players. He is probably looking forward to having his own choice of players out there, doing what he's told them all to do.
Perhaps once he has his side playing his way they might improve a bit - I hope not, I like their current predicament.
I think what you're describing is called mercenaries?

Let's explain this to any and all lurking raggies... we have NEVER followed you filthy čunts anywhere. The end.
Oh I dunno, I remember coming out of Wembley in 2011 and eventually managing to catch up with a few of their rag infested coaches just past Brum.
