In terms of the usual suspects, would you be happy and believe them if they praised us? If not, why give a shit when they say anything else?

Just block, ignore them and certainly don't share what they write on here.

The BBC should have been banned from the ground today with us refusing to speak to them and not do motd interviews.
They had that story prepped and couldn’t wait to release it as soon as we won it. The fact they have embedded it into nearly every article on us, again a first, sums up the Rag loving BBC.
I wish the club got tough with media outlets and individuals

Exactly, Pep is mainly the difference. I listened to Steve Nicol last night and he said the same thing. Presenter was trying too say it's a bad thing city dominating, but he said it wasn't, as it makes the other teams try and get even better but the main difference is that city have Pep and he's the best out there. Financially most clubs have plenty of money to buy decent players but it's just city do it better.
He was quite decent to be fair.
Who was the presenter trying to say that out of curiosity?

Skys coverage of the champions pre game:
Break, Lampard, Break, Cost of Bench, Break, 2 mins Pep, Break, Studio, Break, clip of crowd, another Break

Already be a 90 minute documentary pre game if Rags or Dippers

We've had the 500mil bench comment half hour before KO! :-)

The "bench worth this much" comment is always weird to me.

Lionel Messi has never been sold for a transfer fee. So how does he fit into this discussion?

Transfer fees rely on context that goes beyond people's willingness to apply it. Also, its not my money, so who cares?
