It’s only when it was introduced by the football league he cared cos it affected him directly, namely Salford.

teams like Salford and Wrexham rising up has put local teams like Oldham bury and Rochdale out of the league. That’s just life.
And the little bits he throws out like ‘a new jack walker should be able to drive their local team’

The media try to make it look like we are the ones stretching this out, with their 'C'mon City if you have nothing to hide just get this over with' discussions.

Completely distracting from the reality that the club benefit fuck all from it not being done quickly, and the longer it takes the more difficult some things become.

Not just the 'cloud' and 'bad taste' readily attributed to any bit of on-pitch success, but also when it comes to completing transfer business and contracts. They are waving red flags in directions they want people to look, and they know exactly what they are doing.
 
If you stop and think about this, this was never intended to run the full course and get points deducted or us thrown out of the league, the ramifications are so complicated and self destructive towards the PL

I suspect it was an attempt to tarnish and diminish the clubs achievements', just a huge smear against the club pushed by the usal and I guess unusual suspects
