I've got my access code at 3pm but you can only order 1 off mine.. my brother and dad are still waiting for their access codes to be emailed to them?......... is anyone else having the same problem?

Turns out I already had a UEFA account which I must've set up years ago. Trouble is, my old passport number is in there and it says I can't change it and have to contact them to change it! I qualify at 3pm this afternoon FFS!

You can change it online on one of the UEFA sites , I had to change mine but there 2/3 different sites

I bought two (using just my UEFA account - second person didn’t need one).

Apparently tickets are both sent to my email.

Such as easy process.

Copy and paste the code from the email (maybe 10-15 characters at a guess), straight in to the 'enter access code box'.

Page then loads up with categories to select.

Enter payment details, sorted.

Good / Bad news depending on how you look at it - at no point did it ask for ID or check to see the name on the account matched the ST.

Got my ticket and my son's - process was dead straightforward - just follow the instructions sent by City in the e mail. No queue - just need to complete the transaction in 3 minute timeframe.
