Just popping in to check who we haven't been linked with so far this week.

Two TOP LEVEL players... In the most vital role in a Pep-system... It's impossible in the current market. Kimmich could be one, but there just isn't realism there.

I do agree with succession planning but you're right as well.

In which case we manufacture top level players.. McAtee, Palmer and Perrone and try and mold them into 8's. Alvarez into a 10 and Foden into the Bernardo role.

We fans always undervalue our own players.. like when David Silva left.. the sky was falling and no one believed Gundo would be able to fill that hole.

City still happy not to distance from Bellingham.

They have felt all along the tactic from Madrid is they want City to declare themselves out to put pressure on Dortmund to accept less.

A grain a truth Messi and Neymar have touted their wares to us, but they are doing that to plenty.
Even with the Knee injury?

a big difference between going from Perrone, McAtee and Palmer to Gundo and Bernardo, than David Silva to Gundogan :S

AS has provided the latest on their pursuit.

After explaining how Real Madrid would like to sign the Canada international as a replacement for Ferland Mendy, AS has confirmed that Pep Guardiola would like to win the race by bringing Davies to City.

There is no one like any of our players really, but the closest player I have seen to Bernardo's skills and qualities and versatility we already have, Foden for me is the best replacement. Gundogan and KDB are the ones we would need to buy replacements for.

I think Rico is a closer match to what Bernardo's been doing for the last 4 years.

Xavi has said that Cancelo was offered to them in January (presumably by agents), they approved it then City said no to it happening.

Brilliant, I bet we didn’t trust they’d pay their cut of the wages. Especially given they probably still owe us for Torres and have had a scandalously-public charm offensive on Bernie for about 3 years.
