Get the ticket office to sort it out for you, they can do it over the phone, as its an update they do at their end.

supporters services or whatever they're called took my case over last week after the chelsea game,
to be honest,they have always helped me.

but i aint trusting my new mobile at wembley on saturday and
especially in istanbul.

it just shouldn't be like this

Yes yer can m8,, I did mine after,, just go back into your uefa accounts,, tickets and it there somewhere,, deffo can

Will allocated seats be next to each other?​

For tickets purchased within the same order, seats will, when possible, be located next to each other.​

For tickets purchased through different orders, fans have an opportunity to increase their chances of being seated together by:​

  • using the SEAT WITH option during the purchase, i.e.: by entering their friend’s order number* in the Order Summary page before making the payment
  • or using the SEAT WITH option after the purchase, i.e.: by logging into their Ticket Portal account and adding their friend’s order number* in the Order History section

* The order number corresponds to the number that shows in your UEFA invoice under "Our reference".​

Please note that it is not guaranteed that seats will be located next to each other after using the SEAT WITH option. Adjacent seating is subject to availability. Seat changes are not possible.​

IMPORTANT:​

  • tickets from different categories cannot be seated together.​

  • tickets purchased by the general public and tickets purchased by fans of the participating teams will be seated in different areas of the stadium.​

  • if the tickets are already seated, the SEAT WITH option cannot be applied and you will get an error on the portal.​

 
Just logged on with my lad's access code (can't go now as he has GCCE's Fri & Mon) and there's Cat 4 restricted as well as most of the other categories left.

Get the point and just paying devils advocate here, but presume they’re thinking they need to give people with work commitments a reasonable opportunity to buy when they’re entitled too. If it changed every hour or two, some people on a 12 hour shift who cant get to a computer might easily miss out. Guess it depends on your viewpoint but get why the windows are being opened for a fair amount of time for each criteria. Cant please everybody all of the time i guess!! And thats before the ongoing issue some are having with codes!! Imagine if you missed out because of that error…

Do think they should have gone on sale much earlier tho!!

I’d regularly queue on the phone for 30 minutes to buy a match ticket and on several occasions it never arrived by post.

Everything is online for a reason these days.
