If you're trying to buy a cat 3 they might be already gone by the time you click on it. This was happening on the City site for the Real game.

Ppl been saying they are showing all day but unable to buy where sone have said they got them.
Could be in someone’s basket until the transaction completed then will show as unavailable..

I'm a computer programmer. Building a ticketing system where you have thousands of people converging on the same page, selecting seats, verifying themselves, entering details, authorising payments, managing timed-out tickets etc. is I imagine extremely challenging.

Whoever does City's website does a good job of making it look extremely challenging.

Sounds like whoever's done UEFA's is doing the same.

No tickets are associated with with email address is all I'm getting.

I logged out and in again and the 490 Euro ones are showing. Probably fail if I try and buy one but as I'm not at that price I don't know.

They won't appear in the app until seats allocated over next couple of days. You got your confirmation email etc?
