So we now need a LB, Walker/Gundo/Bernardo/Laporte/mahrez replacement!!! This will be some rebuild If we lose all these extremely important players in one window.

For games against counter attacking teams with pacy wingers we need a walker replacement!!
 
Given that Walker, Gundo, Bernie, Mahrez, Cancelo and Aymeric are rumoured to be off, this is an XI without them.

KDB Rodri Foden
Alvarez Haaland Grealish

Not noticeably weaker than this year.
But it depends on Foden slipping into his new role, Kev staying injury free.

Losing 6 first team players will require some serious replacements. Cancelo doesn't need replacing. Walker possibly Lewis. Kovacic looks a good fit for Gundo. Guardiol for Aymeric. If Phil is taking Bernie's slot, what we seem to need is a replacement for Mahrez.

Akanji can cover any of the 4 defensive slots, Kovacic can do that in midfield, AND we will add 5+ players. We are all good.

De Bruyne-Foden
New RW-Haaland-Grealish

Providing we sign a good right winger, I would be more than happy.
 
Looks like Chelsea won't go to Brightons value for Caicedo. Lining up alternatives.

Don't understand why him and his agent didn't ask for a release clause in his new contract, he's stuck now unless some club pays 120 mil ridiculous.

Unless Liverpool take a shine to Brighton like they did Southampton.

Before you know it half the team will have been tapped up, and go on strike, or not be in the right mind to play.

Cancelo burnt his bridges when he threw his toys out of his pram.
No way will Pg have him back at the club .
If walker goes ,inters rb Dumfries would be a good replacement to share the job with Lewis .

Yeah, but a couple of years with a massive payday that sets you up for life, with your immediate family being closer. It would literally be foolish not to do it. Can always come back to Manchester after that
