If our people want him, we will outbid them. That is certain.
De Bruyne is a comparison made for him to fail at, but I agree that most people are under-rating his ability/potential going forward.i think rice is a lot better than alot of people realize. not only does he tackle hard but he suprisingly has a little bit of de bruyne in him. hes more creative than we think.
Must admit this video surprised me a little. He’s very much a box to box player.
To be fair, Stones often misses large chunks of the season and Rodri needs rotating.
I am by no means a big fan of Rice but there is clearly a role for him at the club
The KDB comparison is outrageous but the rest I agree completely.i think rice is a lot better than alot of people realize. not only does he tackle hard but he suprisingly has a little bit of de bruyne in him. hes more creative than we think.
It isn't - we always have a price in mind and don't go past it.If our people want him, we will outbid them. That is certain.
Not that comfortable around his own box. That’s a lot of money. Let the price keep rising. Still think it will be someone we aren’t even discussing. As has been said trust in the process. There isn't a planet in the Universe where Declan Rice is with £100m+
There must be someone in our academy that can put a tackle in and give the ball to a better player?!
Four players that wouldn’t get a start at City. Well remembered. And should Rice join, he would be playing with Saka, Saliba, Martinelli, Odegaard. I dont know why people think next years league has already been written, or that a move to Arsenal is regressive.
How many of the current City players would get in the Barcelona 2011 team?Four players that wouldn’t get a start at City. Well remembered.
i said a little. whats wrong with you guys. i implied theres a little bit of playmaker in him.The KDB comparison is outrageous but the rest I agree completely.
I'd say quite a few many. How many of the current City players would get in the Barcelona 2011 team?
Does that mean they cant be quality players?
Would Madrid ever have gone for Grealish and Akanji (for eg)? Not a cat in hell's chance. Worked out pretty well for us though. We have Guardiola and we do things differently.I'm guessing we were in for Bellingham as he is hyped as a worldwide and he ended up at Madrid. Had we got him do you think Madrid would be interested in Rice. Not a cat in hell's chance.
probably 4 or 5 (Haaland, KDB, Stones, Dias & Ederson, possibly Gundo)How many of the current City players would get in the Barcelona 2011 team?
Does that mean they cant be quality players?
Westham making a c**t out of us though. Media will be all "Arsenal beat city to Rice and Rice rejects City etc etc
Are you really comparing Arsenal to City currently then City to one of the greatest Barça teams from 12 years ago? Lol.Quality players doesn’t mean winning trophies either, it takes more than that and until you lot realise that you’ll continue to fail. How many of the current City players would get in the Barcelona 2011 team?
Does that mean they cant be quality players?
