'English cricket 'deep-rooted' in racism, sexism, and classism, report finds '

Will anything actually be done to address these issues, though?
I think attempts will be made to address the issues of racism and sexism, but I'm less confident that anything will be done to address the perceived classism/elitism/exclusion. The fact that all those words are used shows how hard it is to define the problem let alone address it. That's not excusing it, just recognising that it could be hard to tackle.

Triple hundred for Daniel Bell-Drummond.

Kent bias here but he should have represented England by now. Muyeye is a fine talent too.

This start is indicative of Surrey this season. The top order can be fairly lackadaisical and too often have to be bailed out by the lower order.

He can't play all 5 matches im a huge fan of Jimmy, but we need to rotate the quickies and I'd have brought 2 new ones in , he was the least effective simply that
Fair enough. I’m happy they’ve brought in an extra seamer though. Without a top class spinner and Stokes unable to bowl much. Root can do an adequate job when needed

Burns' body shape was dreadful for that delivery. Was intent on playing it to the onside before it had even left Blatherwick's hand. Could be all over tonight...

Get ready. 8-)
