Ok I stand corrected. If that is the case then it really is shocking. If the youtube group have a full unredacted version of the CAS evidence including confidential business items it changes everything. We can only assume that the PL and UEFA are co-operating with each other so this could have leaked from UEFA or the PL investigation.
Some of the bad actors at UEFA are also linked to the Premier League including the ones who briefed the media about the UEFA investigation last time. One of the main leaks from the UEFA probe went to the Times so perhaps the same person is responsible again. Certainly Matt Lawton is based in the North West which points to a certain individual. It suggests strongly that the PL is acting in bad faith.

This youtube story went to a North West based journalist at the times (Matt Lawton). The last leak the Times got from the UEFA probe went to Ziegler. That suggests strongly it originated from either LFC or MUFC or even a combination of both. I believe the Tariq Panja briefing for the New York Times came indirectly from MUFC and the one that ended up with Ziegler at the Times came indirectly from LFC. I would be amazed if this was geopolitical from Qatar. I think most of this is happening in Cheshire.

Racist assassination. Awful that in 2023 the reporting on non white people is still stereotyped and agenda driven. Brexit was the worst for it and really opened my eyes to the foreign boogeyman.

I think Damocles was suggesting a leaked UEFA document rather than a leak from CAS. I would hope CAS is secure. But it does highlight one of my concerns about the PL investigation. We stopped cooperating with UEFA because of the leaks, until we got to CAS presumably because of their trusted stewardship of information. But the PL process is managed by the PL completely. How can we trust the PL with confidential business information that has value to a competitor? Even the independent tribunal here at the end of the process is within the PL environment. There is no escape from providing sensitive information to them.

Yeah,I couldn’t do it as I’d resort to telling them to fuck off or threatening them hahaha,the thing is what would all these so called journalists do if we weren’t at the top,they should in a way be thanking us as without us their petty little lives who be as boring as fuck,even though 90% of the bollocks they spout is inaccurate..
