Hahaha, we need the God wills it gif :)Those who mention flapping are usually the ones who take off
We've all got our cross to bearIs people pointlessly flapping really any worse than people pointlessly telling them not to?

The Happy Clapper Stassi has come out to remind us the state demands we be chipper and sing about the trebleIs people pointlessly flapping really any worse than people pointlessly telling them not to?
Fuck off with your logic. This is the Transfer Forum......If we land Gvardiol as expected that's an immense add. I don't think Haaland will slow down one bit. Foden will be hungry as much of his season was in fits and starts due to health issues. Alvarez should be chomping at the bit. Can't see Grealish easing off now that he's settled in. My biggest concern is Rodri being overplayed and KDB breaking down. For better or worse Phillips will have to come good. I think Foden moving inside, Bernardo staying, and adding Kovacic, we'll be fine at the 8. But I do think we're light wide up top. It would be great if Palmer could make a leap forward and stayed. It would also be a big boost if Alvarez could play some out wide.
That being said I can't see anyone outpacing us over 38 games. My only concern is Liverpool, having added Szoboszlai and Mac Allister. Plus they've won before and Klopp knows what it takes. Arsenal don't have anywhere near enough goals in that squad and if Xhaka and Partey go they will suffer defensively, Rice or no Rice. United and Chelsea are miles off us and Newcastle still a bit short of competing with us over 38 games. JMO and I have a great belief that Pep and this squad are still the creme of the Prem until proven otherwise.
Also, my post was not directed at you personally. I think too many of our own are shortchanging this squad and just how remarkable they have been. I'm sure we'll do what's necessary between now and the end of the window to ensure we remain the standard : )
It's the same people, they hop from transfer thread to transfer thread flapping and squaking as they go, a few wums join in then the weak minded shit themselves and then they join in, if we did a transfer thread ban on the usual suspects it would be quite calm and sensibleUnbelievable how stressed people are. Bar Gundogan this is a team that completed the treble not even 3 weeks ago in case you have forgotten.
If you are not going to enjoy this summer as treble-winners, you probably never will.
Calm the fuck down and enjoy everything we have achieved instead. It doesn’t get much better than this anyway.
Disagree. Haaland has forgotten about his 50 goals already. 60 in the league next season. Don’t matter who the rest buy.I’m not disagreeing with you that the side is immense. That doesn’t take away from the fact that it’s impossibly hard for virtually the same side to do what they just did. Not even the treble. Winning the league three years in a row. Winning the league at all. This season was even more demanding due to the cup and UCL. mentally and physically is my argument that they need a refresh.
I’m not shitting on the side they’re elite players and they deserve all the praise they get.
That said if kovacic is the only incoming then I’ll happily bet they do not win the league. Not because I want to or don’t want them to obviously. But because others will be much stronger and it shouldn’t be understated how emotionally and physically exhausting this season was for city. Now is not the time to rest of laurels.
Cunts-:)This thread is the same every single season, no matter the success. It is just reflective of society: optimists, pessimists, positive, negative, neurotic, stoic...
I do think there is risk in waiting. I mean a number of things could happen not least some other team catches his eye.gvardiol would be great but we can wait a year for him if need be. Our defence is loaded with talent.
It´s time for Phil to finally be in the starting 11 for good.I think you will find Phil and Alvarez will really step up this season
In Peps team, different players step up each season.
He is a pretty good manager is Pep you know. We should trust in him.
No need to flap at lack of transfer activity
Things will get sorted, sit back and relax

I think some annoyance with our transfers this season is understandable. Every team in the big 7(including Newcastle now) and even Aston Villa are having some really good transfers, and all of them now have a better team than last season. We don't. And the rumours for our outgoings are taking way too long, and we barely have any rumors of exciting players coming our way.
Arsenal: Havertz and Rice + Timber are all exciting players.
Chelsea: Some amazing outgoings and they have Nkunku coming and maybe Caicedo.
United: Mount- Bruno - Casemiro is a really strong midfield. They are also trying to bring Onana who is a really good GK + rumors on Caicedo and Kane.
Liverpool: MacAllister and Szoboszlai are two very solid signings
Newcastle: Tonalli is an amazing signing.
Tottenham: Kulusevski + Maddison is solid.
Aston Villa: Pau Torres is really good, Tielemans is solid.
Bayern: Guerreiro and Laimer are solid, Min is really exciting, selling Lucas for 50m with only 1 year of contract is really good.
Barca: Adding Gundogan is amazing, Martinez is solid, and they are close to having Brozovic.
Madrid: Bellingham, and waiting for Mbappe.
All of these teams are stronger now. Of course, it's still early in the market, but we certainly haven't had a good start.
