I think Arsenal’s approach to Arteta left a lot to be desired. Then they levied Arteta’s friendship with Pep to get Jesus and Zinchenko which almost cost us a league. I’d be amazed if we had any dealings with Arsenal for some time. Already been mooted on here we’ve said we won’t deal with them. I doubt you’d get an official quote but I for one buy into the club taking that stance. Liverpool were our closest challengers after poaching our scouts and hacking our database. Last season it was Arsenal after taking our head coach previously and using that to get players. To borrow a Pisscan quote, I wouldn’t sell them a germ.

Would make little to no sense to sell any of our players to Arsenal. Not strengthening our rivals is far more important than getting the maximum amount from a sale.

16th they should be all back unless pep give some of the players longer maybe the ones in the u21 competition get longer

Because that would have long lasting effects in the future. Just because we have a lot of money doesn’t mean we should just bend over and pay whatever everyone wants. All clubs would start asking for more money. Shown plenty of times in the past we’ll walk away if it gets too expensive, and we’ve usually found great alternatives
