100% it would, IF we are after anyone from Brighton, this is the man.Would arguably make more sense than Mitoma.
Looks a proper Pep player and I love the hunger, aggression and passion of the South Americans, great characters.

I'm sure i read Pep admires this kid greatly.100% it would, IF we are after anyone from Brighton, this is the man.

You can see why, he looks a player and a tough little so and so, also hugely versatile.I'm sure i read Pep admires this kid greatly.
If we get Caicedo, Bernardo and Grealish as the main wing pairing with others rotating when needed is more than good enough, we’d be set for years in our midfield. His potential is scary, we can always find another winger next yearWould you still do a winger though or would you declare on Caicedo with Bernardo and Foden wide options backed up by Bobb?
Imo Palmer is only leagues below because he's not playing regularly. If Palmer was to go to Brighton, I could see him putting up similar stats if not better. Then you look at how teams set up against Brighton compared to how they set up against us & although Mitoma probably has better stats than Grealish, would he dislodge Jack. For me, Mitoma has been one of the best wingers in the league.
6th most creative player in the PL last season, having created 1.49 chances per 90 minutes. 7 goals, 5 assists in 33 games. 96th percentile for successful dribbles as well, so that puts him as one of the very best dribblers. Palmer is leagues below as it stands, IMO.

Slightly more aggressive Alvarez for me, reminded me of him straight away.Yep,got a bit of Aguero about him.
My only reservation,in terms of usefulness,is he is more of an Alvarez than a Mahrez
I think after losing MacAllister, they could use Doyle too.Slightly more aggressive Alvarez for me, reminded me of him straight away.
Mahrez was a totally unique player, FFS you will never find a replacement for him ;)
This kid could well be a bargain, especially if Palmer is part of the deal.
They did sign Milner and Dahoud. They look pretty set centrally unless Caicedo goesI think after losing MacAllister, they could use Doyle too.
Maybe but is Doyle not a little too "industrial" for their style?I think after losing MacAllister, they could use Doyle too.

Not entirely sure quoting 2 years left on his contract does anything to your argument and stating your price is completely meaningless.
He's a really skilled player, particularly in progressive carries, dribbles, 1vs1 and he'd also improve under Pep. Considering Brighton's usual transfer stances, 50m would be on the cheaper side.
No way would we spunk 100m plus on Caicedo unless we value Palmer at 40m and he goes in exchangeAgreed mate, Caicedo in would mean no winger required
100m on Caicedo, let Palmer go other way, get a top winger like Leao or Kvara next year. As good as Mitoma is we can definitely get best of the best on market next summerNo way would we spunk 100m plus on Caicedo unless we value Palmer at 40m and he goes in exchange
How much for Caicedo and Enciso?100m on Caicedo, let Palmer go other way, get a top winger like Leao or Kvara next year. As good as Mitoma is we can definitely get best of the best on market next summer
I would not call Grealish a winger in any way, and Enciso like Alvarez could play anywhere across the front and even No10Enciso isn't even a winger. He's a 10/second striker, and that's where he's played the majority of his football. So I'm not sure why we would sign him when we already have Alvarez who is a far better player and still can't quite fit into the current system.
Well that's silly, seeing as Grealish has been playing as a winger for his entire career.I would not call Grealish a winger in any way, and Enciso like Alvarez could play anywhere across the front and even No10
I doubt De Zerbi would accept Steffen as a backup when Pep couldn’t hahaHow much for Caicedo and Enciso?
Are Brighton needing a keeper? Is Steffen still in the house?
Palmer 40m, Steffan 15m sweetners
Grealish is a great wide player, but he not what I would describe as a wingerWell that's silly, seeing as Grealish has been playing as a winger for his entire career.
Also, Alvarez has never played on the wing for us either, so not sure Pep agrees that he can play 'anywhere across the front'.
