If TH is saying probably another 2 in a one is Mittoma who we are going for who is the other???

Lavia obviously being touted so maybe its a midfielder but with Kovacic and Rodri for the holding and water carrying (as well as Phillips) are we thinking its going to be someone more creative?

Would have to be a midfielder as we are already strong in defence and attack

Many young athletes with incredible talent end up being mediocre or worse professionals because once they turn professional at the highest level they think they've "made it," and don't need to keep working. Whereas, an athlete with maybe less natural ability but who "gets it" that the hard work is still ongoing outclasses the more talented player.

I don’t doubt it. My original point was that Angelino didn’t make it in the first team twice regardless of whether it was a huge gamble or monetary considerations.

I get your point but there is no harm in bringing back our old players for the right price. If Southampton aren't taking the piss then Lavia wouldn't be a bad option. Especially if we secure Bernie for another couple of seasons.

Of course. I’m saying I’m not sure Lavia is the best player for us and, just because he used to play for us, it makes him more attractive.

I could be wrong but I don’t see him as City standard.
