Disagree.. he has been here 4 years.

Has a grand total of 22 assists and 9 goals in that time. So about 5.5 assists a season and in most seasons played the most of anyone.

Sure some eye catchers but nowhere is he superb as demonstrated by his fault of letting Real Madrid win in 2022, or Liverpool in 2023, or taking bone headed red cards multiple times.. for example Fulham at home last season.

His non existent defensive abilities leave us exposed!

Agreed, he is wildly inconsistent, but again that for me is down to his mentality.

He is either having a worldie or he is utter dog poo, weak mind, he won't or can't dig in when it gets tough

The problem, and it’s a big one, is he didn’t take kindly to being benched, and responded like CRap7. He was all smiles when he was a trusted player, and rested for a cup game, laughing & joking on the bench knowing his position, when he wasn’t one of the trusted 7-8 players, he saw his ass. That’s not only disrespectful to the manager & coaches, but the whole team, every player who’s busting a gut to be one of the elite. That wreaks of entitlement and is poisonous whatever industry you’re in. We need to find a better version of him not go back to him
 
Trying to manage expectations, any fee I think is good for a player with zero impact on our team and the massive wages alone are a big help

But would like for us to get £25mil (€30mil) at the least for him
 
I was hoping he's go to Saudi. For a decent fee. If he doesn't get a move before the window shuts, the saudi window is still open.

Don’t think we have much of a leg to stand on with Cancelo unfortunately. His behaviour and subsequent banishment has left us out of pocket financially. The club are trying to get rid. This was all brought about because of his attitude. City knew his history before the transfer. No surprise now that he is continuing that trend. Shit but we did just win a treble so not all bad eh? -:)
 
Loan with an option for cancelo is a truly terrible deal for us. Barca are never going to pay money for him everybody knows that.

He may have fell out with pep but his talent hasn't dwindled, 12 months ago he was widely considered the best fullback in the world, there has to be interest in him and if there really isn't, play hardball.stick him in the eds for 6 months and let cancelo know he's going to have to make concessions in either his wages or where he goes if he wants to play football again anytime soon and let the likes of barca and bayern know they can't just wait it out and take him on a loan/free.

Loan with an option they're not going to take feels like barca get what they want, Cancelo gets what he wants and we get fuck all.
