Not a pen. If anything it's a foul by the wolves player.I'm not saying it wasn't a pen just that second or so made the difference. There were also several players all physically contesting the same square foot of pitch rather than one player cleaning another out.
Much better my friend :)It's a fair cop. Onana's use of a cricket bat was completely unnecessary as well. Fucker should've been arrested.
O'h do fuck off sir.
after last year’s cockup of only starting to assist after initial bad results (Brighton & Brentford), they’ve gone the earliest possible to ensure united stay in the top 5 for the CL moneyIt's like Webb has set his stall out early. Usually like the scum to struggle before helping them in a big game.
I wonder if Gill has UEFA on board so they get a World Club Cup place as well?after last year’s cockup of only starting to assist after initial bad results (Brighton & Brentford), they’ve gone the earliest possible to ensure united stay in the top 5 for the CL money
If Dermot Gallagher saying it should have been overturned, you know it's bad, really bad.I'm not saying it wasn't a pen just that second or so made the difference. There were also several players all physically contesting the same square foot of pitch rather than one player cleaning another out.
True...but there were already several players contesting ( maybe fairly) before yer man arrived late to the party...I'm not saying it wasn't a pen just that second or so made the difference. There were also several players all physically contesting the same square foot of pitch rather than one player cleaning another out.
I've thought for a long time that the whistling wankers have hidden behind yellow cards to shut up players who have done not much more than query why they have not been awarded a free kick when an oppo player has attempted to kick shite out of them. And what the incompetence leads to is players applying their own version of the LotG and finding themselves on the end of a red for basically objecting to a game-long pummelling that hasn't been dealt with. The best example I can think of is the roughhouse that Bernardo seemed to be subjected to each game last season. Thankfully he was too professional to end up with the red. What they’ve basically done here is nobody will be allowed to contest querie or confront
Blatant incompetence and cheating bias.
It wasn’t missed mate, it just wasn’t given, two entirely different scenarios and we all know why..!!FFS, 1st game of the season and already they get a dodgy decision their way. How in the blazing hell do you miss that penalty shout?
Fucking disgrace.
Or when City win…Yeah I always work on the assumption that they're the equivalent of 1-0 up when they kick off.
There's always a decision their way or against whoever they play which is or could be game changing. Been the same all my life and with every game now on TV & cameras everywhere they've had to pull VAR out of the hat to try and muddy the waters.
To paraphrase Buzz Lightyear.....cheats, cheats everywhere.

Keepers go down like they’ve be shot by a 50 Cal, when a dragonflies knitting lands on em, FOUL… they wipe a player out by punching them in the face or whatever and it’s not even a foul?? Let alone a stonewall penalty ..Generally if the keeper is nowhere near the ball it's given, where the keeper has barged into the player. If it's the other way around, or a 50/50 clash it's not given. If the keeper gets a touch on the ball it's not given but he wasn't even close to getting there. It's the fact that VAR didn't even look at it, or looked but made a decision in 0.03 seconds that's suspicious. They'll spend 5 minutes looking at an offside that's clear even without a specialist equipment but not at a clash like that. It's time that we at least had access to what is said by the refs and the video ref at Stockley Park. They do in other sports.
Case in point the Everton "goal" on Saturday.Keepers go down like they’ve be shot by a 50 Cal, when a dragonflies knitting lands on em, FOUL… they wipe a player out by punching them in the face or whatever and it’s not even a foul?? Let alone a stonewall penalty ..
They get way too much protection, unless of course they play for City …!
Nah.Well the taking them from refereeing this weekend will it make them not bottle a decision next time at OT!?
