Both Ten Hag and the club's football director, John Murtough, are supportive and encouraging of Greenwood's return.

Just imagine...
This is what pisses off.
No criticism in the press of Ten Hag and his lack of morals.
If they get rid of the DOF I'm sure Ten Hag would be happy if they employed the outed predator Marc Overmars who he supported at Ajax.

My understanding is the charges of rape have been dropped. However, to answer your question, if found guilty of rape totally, United would have every right to sack him. Where United should, in my view draw the line is within the limits of the law, if the CPS are stating "no longer a realistic prospect of conviction" then they can't assume guilt.
I’d disagree here mate

If I’m CEO of any business & those tapes are brought to my attention, I’m sacking the culprit, regardless of whether they can claim wrongful dismissal

I’d take the potential hit rather than employ someone like that

Why are the men leaving it to united women's team, a group of female fans and a female TV presenter to say this rapist has no place in football?

Edit: and by that I mean united players/managers etc, uniteds male fans and uniteds many celebrity male fans

"Manchester United FC. After a long consultation with the employee, his family, fans and various domestic violence charities have decided to reintegrate Mason Greenwood into the first team squad. The team coach is happy to welcome him back into our progressive team.

Manchester United FC abhor all forms of abuse, be it mental of physical and will donate £250,000 pounds to Mason Greenwood Domestic Abuse foundation. A new charity that supports women who have suffered in abusive relationships...."

It’s interesting seeing peoples’ differing opinions on Schofield, Edwards, Wooton and Greenwood.

Sometimes the same person is arguing for some and against others, when all are borderline illegal and certainly immoral.
Well I don't defend any of them just as I didn't Johnson.

I do give more credence to Mendy and Evans following legitimate court/appeal cases.

Clearly not bothered about who RR supports but I am struggling to understand something.

The evidence is out there so why were all the charges against him dropped?

As they were dropped he’s not been to court so there is no judgement against him.

The whole “not guilty” verses “innocent” debate on another thread is kind of what I mean.

As I say if the CPS dropped the charges despite the evidence that is in the public domain it makes me wonder what is going on!
Maybe the **** has city’s lawyers on the case

Really good analogy, not meaning to dodge this, don't really follow the royals or support them. However you are correct, if you see Andrew as an employee my defence would apply equally to him, thank you for giving me that perspective.
Thanks. We could have a good.discussion about this. I'll meet.you at Pizza Express in Woking at 5pm

I can honestly say I’ve said every single 1 of them is a wrongun.
Which is fine and consistent.

Picking and choosing who is allowed back into the public eye is where the inconsistencies lie.
