Like it or not strikes help moves. See Mahrez and Kane for examples of what happens.

Kane didn’t strike and missed out on a move to City, and multiple medals and trophies.
For me maintained his dignity. Same with Paqueta. I know other factors fucked that up but reports said he’s not the type to down tools.

He’s subsequently playing for West Ham and playing well.

No matter how you dress it up, this is not how to portray yourself. I’d hazard a guess Virgil the fucking virgin would have been vilified for it when he went on strike.

Linked to Bellgarde for €15m and now Kelechi. Everything points to this getting done very soon

Sly Sports News reporting he has gone on strike.

What an idiot.

That's one way not to get a move. Wolves will clamp down on him, fine him, and probably tell him he isn't going anywhere as he has a 4 year contract remaining. If Wolves do sell him they will increase his transfer fee, meaning City will have to meet it or will have to walk away. Regardless of how it plays out there will only be one winner and it will be Wolves.

One more thing. We're just getting rid of one bad smell in the dressing room to Barcelona. Do we want to replace him with another bad smell? His actions won't impress Pep and City.
Have you just got home.

Pacquetta, eze, veiga, barrella

There's been an awful lot of names bandied about this year, loads more than other years, and we have signed none of them, not usually how we does it
on bluemoon, and if we are honest bluemoon in the transfer thread have been pretty bad, all sorts of players getting linked by our new itks on here, the vacuum left by TH had all sorts of people on here claiming this ,that and the other.

doesn't matter one jot what the alleged order of these players, the only thing that matters is the right player signs, and on the evidence so far this window we have got it right (gvardiol, kovacic) obviously doku is yet to be judged

The fact the clubs are still talking makes me think this is close. We would have walked away by now imo

If as the wolves fan has stated that he was promised if a CL club came in that they’d let him go and are now stopping him, then I fully get it. I suspect this is a Wolves leak to make him look bad but they should be mindful it also reflects badly on us in most eyes regardless of our influence. If they want to do business with us now or in the future they need to tread carefully.
It was suggested a week ago that he signed with the understanding they were a stepping stone only, so to hold him to ransom now is a bit disingenuous. As soon as City come calling some teams feel they can step up to the big boy table and demand silly money.
