With this transfer, it does feel to me like a rebuild/tactic change again in forward areas, with Gundy & Marhez gone, Kev getting more brittle and a possible release clause for Bernie. Apart from Doku there are no direct replacements or like for like, imho. If it is a transitional season and we can still win stuff, it will be great.

We're keeping Txiki on his toes. If he has an easy ride from us he might start dropping his standards and stop getting bargains.

Wasn't Nathan Ake a staple in a historically bad Bournemouth defense before he joined City? He's turned out pretty well. I'd argue Nunes is far more 'talented' than Ake. That's obviously only half of it but let's wait and see how it plays out.
