No obligation to buy, no loan fee. They reportedly Are prepared to pay half of his wages, with Cancelo taking a 25% pay cut, and us paying the other 25%.
I think if the club get them down to we pay nothing in wages, we'll probabky accept that, and getting nothing out of it.

We know they are skint so as long as it's a loan that they pay all his wages is all we will get from them we not getting a loan fee like clubs get!

If it`s a free loan we should ask for someone from their set up on the same basis, seems only fair.

If Barca are only willing to pay 50% of his City salary then he needs to take a 50% pay cut. It's his choice to insist on going to that broke club rather than Saudi so he needs to take the consequences.

They really are an embarrassment as a club. How far have they fallen. They should have been relegated by now. They are tainting their legacy and the legacies of fantastic managers and players.
When we had 'nowt' we didn't get help or try and trade off past achievements or even con other clubs about payment. They have left this right to the last minute to blag us into letting us have him for nothing. I really don't understand why players like Gundy would go there, now.
