PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I left many years ago, but still go back most weeks as my dad is still there (Albert Gardens, backs onto Brookdale Park) and can't argue that it is deteriorating rapidly, especially south of Droylsden Rd. And I still shout 'Get out of our fuckin pub' whenever I pass what was The Robin Hood ... :-(
The Robin Hood is a barbers now. Most of the pubs have gone . Even The Crown, on Church St has gone.

I grew up in Newton Heath (Averill St) and played football for The Robin Hood and Newton Heath CC
Lived on Averill st for about 12 month then moved to a bed sit on Windsor rd, got married and moved to Scotland st for 20 years now residing on Lord Lane. Newton Heath always had its moments like everywhere else, I still have a lot of friends who are still Newton Heathers but it’s so sad to see it how it is now.

Don't tell the wife that.

Would any of our legal experts know now that Pinto has been found quilty does that alter anything regarding our case ,ie confirming the emails were stolen etc ?
Very good question. I agree. Do the PL rules allow them to investigate issues if the supposed evidence has been obtained illegally? You'd hope not. We shall see.
