Had a great day in Carlisle first day of the season watching Fleetwood my home town club. Coach dropped us at the ground and walked into town and had dinner in Spoons ( where else ). Walked to the ground excellent walk up and impressed by the size and enthusiasm of the Carlisle support. Poor match but two great goals and a good day out. Our only point this season so better treasure it. Look forward to going to Carlisle again. Justice for Andy Pilley, up the cods.

Glad you had a good day, one thing I've noticed is the amount of away fans just walking out and down the main road back to their cars at the same time and I've seen no trouble at all, a pleasant surprise tbh.

Bruce was on 5Live a couple of Sunday’s ago. He was saying what a wonderful team City were and that Pep was brilliant! The thing that stuck with me is that he seemed so genuine.

I’ve met plenty of jock’s on holiday whilst with the lads, both Celtic and Rangers and nearly all of them prefer City over the Rags.

I’ve posted before during a game v the Spuds one of “ours” sat right behind me in the Main Stand at Maine Road shouted out “fuck off to Belson”, he had to be carted out by the Police for his own safety. The fella who sat in front of me with his daughter (who played Elsa in Emmerdale) told me of the large Jewish community who followed City including himself and they tolerate a lot but any mention of the Holocaust is not acceptable, really top bloke as well, looked like Michael Winner.

I remember sitting near her in the Main Stand, Naomi Lewis she was called. Very attractive girl too.

I once met him at a derby at O.T. He asked me if I wanted him to sign my programme and I said ‘no thanks I’m a blue’. He was very nice and friendly.

I was listening to Talking Balls on GMR this week on a couple of days. The whole program is about the RAGs.

Even Emily the City representive only talks about them. After 45 mins of Rags drivel they changed to talking about Salford City, at which point I changed the Channel

I used to listen to Blue Tuesday but I tried for a few days to listen to the new format. Lesson learnt , won’t be listening to it again

Yes he is and that is the problem, he dictates the agenda and Emily is too weak to handle it. One day they spent 50 mins talking about the rags and then Emily says now it’s time to speak about the blues. He says utd fans can still carry on calling in if they want and that is what happened.

I wouldn’t listen to anything that cretin has an input in but it does warm ny heart that the bitter Rag wanker is dying inside knowing how successful we are after he jumped on the Rag bandwagon when the going was good.

There was never a bond with rangers at any level bar a small minority of fans who saw the rags suckin up to celtic due to the irish fans base and so opted to like rangers, there was alway equally plenty of Mancs who are City fans for generations from the large Irish decent community that would maybe have a passing affinity with celtic but not support for them, thankfully City fans have never indulged either of the pellets that play in glasgow (though historically we have many ties with celtic early in our lifetime as a club)

And after all the Pope is a city fan ;-)
