We keep winning, that is what counts.
It's the default setting for a section of our fanbase. They need a scapegoat, always have done. Remember Edghill, or Corrigan's first spell in the first team?FFS!
City have just won grinding a result and keeping a clean sheet against 15 cunts (11 diving twats + alty + 2linos + var) and some sick saddos and miserable moaners are already piling up on Kalvin and Jack.
Kindly fuck off.
He needs to play as a double pivotThe silver lining is we will know if Phillips has any future at City as he should start 3 in a row now.
I don’t think you missed anything, exactly how I saw his performance.Did I miss something? Thought Phillips did well when he came on. Lost the ball a couple of times but there was no one to pass to. Made some good tackles and some decent runs. With 10 against 12 he helped keep the clean sheet. Don’t get all the criticism

I didn't watch itGood grief, please expand. How on earth do you watch that game and arrive at that conclusion?
I'm not saying I think it should be allowed, I just struggle to understand the reasoning to why the rules say its an offense thats a red when it could be a yellow. If he grabbed his throat, lifted him up and threw him into the ground sure, but touching the throat 0,1 seconds not injuring him at all (even if Gibbs-White pretended it did) seems a bit silly to get a red + 3 match ban from, a yellow should be enough in my opinion. Kicking away the legs on someone from behind is far more dangerous and barely a yellow, why should an action that doesn't endanger the opponent at all be a red? These are grown ass men, not 3-year old kids. I understand the rules say different and that Rodri should obviously act according to current rules, but football today is so f*cking soft it makes badminton look tough. Just my opinion :)Unfortunately, it's a red card all day long for Rodri. You can't put your hands round an opponent's throat. Weird rule, eh ;)
Under normal conditions, he KNOWS he can't do what he did, which is probably why he almost instantly let go of the shit-bag who'd been kicking him from behind for 45 mins as his brain kicked in and the red mist cleared.
I'm actually looking forward to a Pep master-tactical switch-around vs Arsenal, they won't know what's hit them.
Proper shithouse that Taylor, only consolation is knowing his team are fucking garbage and he is probably hurting watching us dominate the modern game.
I thought we started really well and we’re in danger of blowing forest away. Doku looked very good as did Phil, and the neat simple passes in the middle were frustrating forest who couldn’t lay a glove on us…..
A few seconds of madness from Rodri and it all changed. He must have said something, I‘ve never seen Rodders react like that to a coming together….but it only served to make the game nail biting for the last 30 min…..oh and pissed me off no end as I triple captained Haaland !
Anyway, onwards blues.
I didn't watch it
does t matter we can grind it out easily, just need some tweaking that’s all.So what games does Rodders miss
I’m impatient though…..and have a forest supporting relative who I desperately wanted to mock and shameThe triple captain was on you! He's guaranteed 2 matches in a gameweek later in the season due to our involvement in the Club World Cup.
Newcastle, Wolves, ArsenalSo what games does Rodders miss
You are doku and i claim my numbers. We keep winning, that is what counts.
