I think you know full well that I was talking about the second half. That was the epitome of a game of two halves.

Once Rodri got his walking papers, any hope of having a similar second half went out the window. Pep deployed "what we have, we hold" mode. Which was fully understandable.

The defence is so good, Ederson is in the form of his life by a distance, Haaland is a cheat code, Foden is on his way to that level and the new players are all fitting in fantastically.

We would have won that game with 8 men. Pep loved it, haven’t seen him that animated for a long time.

Comfortable win against a limited Forest side. The game was over after 15 mins and they hardly threatened us even after Rodri was sent off. Stupid of Rodri to react and he will be a big miss against Arsenal.

Only positive to take is at least Rodri will get a much needed rest now.

Disagree with being best team.

It was glaringly obvious that without the likes of gundo we struggled to manage the game out. But did i know.
The fact pep flooded the team with defenders told us that the midfield wasnt strong enough
