There is none. Saw the video clip of Hoddle and Chris Waddle singing Diamond Lights going back to the 80s. Jeez, it's a cringefest.
I've got the 12" pic sleeve issue somewhere ...
Only brought it for I thought it might be worth something decades later....oops!!

As a former professional actor and an Extra on Emmerdale, after witnessing first hand the filming of a number of different scenes , I was surprised at the talents of the regular soap actors.

They have to film scenes out of chronological order ( makes learning lines very challenging) and don't have the luxury of multiple takes if they fluff their lines or screw up camera angles.

Because of the requirement for so many episodes per week the filming schedule is often long and demanding.

The regular actors make it look easy but it isn't and that's why so many can switch from one soap to the next as producers know they will be able to meet the production demands.

Don't blame the actors for poor scripts & production values.

The glut of "reality" shows how much TV audiences have dumbed down in recent years and soaps reflect their audience.

As viewing habits continue to change , I can't see several soaps surviving.

Anyway back to more important things like tonight's game; come on City !
CTID

Agreed.

Almost as hard as being a stage actor - nowhere to hide or any reshoot if we fluff any lines!

Its not a mistake.
Can't have advertiging re": Stadium names" hence Aviva Dublin can't be called that for duration of competition, same with The Etihad
So it's the Manchester City stadium. It hasn't been called the City of Manchester stadium for decades. Everton Stadium. Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

Not sure what they'll finally be called.
Dublin stadium? Cardiff stadium?
All I know is they can't use a sponsors naming rights.

Love the fact that even when Liverpool are the victims of a bad VAR decision (by no means the worst decision seen in the Premier League), if you say they are victims you are talking about Hillsborough.

Then they wonder why they are so universally loathed as a fan base.

Sorry to say this to any scousers on here but sometimes your fans, owners, players and team do wrong; sometimes it is your fault; sometime your fans act like scum, and sometimes you cry foul when others reciprocate.

No it's not, it's never been called that. The official name is City of Manchester Stadium regardless of what you or anyone else calls it. It's also known as The Etihad for sponsorship reasons which UEFA and FIFA both don't recognise as they don't for any other sponsored stadium.

The world has gone fucking mad. Is this what we are paying our politicians to do? Don't know which party Byrne represents, and don't care, it is a waste of any party MP's time. This is how weaponised the Dippers have made the term. I thought we had freedom of speech in a democracy. I give up!
It's not so much as which party (Labour as it happens) so much as his constituency. That would be Liverpool West Derby. He knows which side his bread is buttered.

The silly twat hasn't realised that when it comes to succession planning City have no equals in the football world.
He was replying to a rag that rang up to say City will keep on winning because their business model isn't about one man (Pep).

A rag that either smelt the coffee or a blue on the wind up.

:)

i'd love to hear the VAR commentary to the "Rashford isn't offside" decision in the derby last year.
At least they had the commentary, remember our game at the coach wreckers stadium where we were informed after a dodgy decision that there wasn't any var. I don't remember Klopp offering to replay that game.

City fan called David on the chase just now, nailed £7k on his cash builder, does podcasts apparently, you on ere fella ?

Spot the deliberate mistake in the Daily Mail(United) article about the UK and Ireland (stadiums) hosting the 2028 Euros.

PL grounds/clubs.

Everton Stadium.
St James Park.
Tottenham Hotspur stadium.
Villa Park.
What's City's stadium called?

Having actually read the article they refer to it as the Etihad stadium 2 or 3 times in print, the image you use is a stock image.

Everton's new stadium is called that because it's not been named yet (or even completed) and Tottenham's stadium is really called the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Neither did Bingo offer to replay the PL game at Klanfield when at 0-0 Alexander-Arnold clearly handled the ball in the area for a nailed on penalty but play was waved on and the dips went straight down the other end and scored.
