They fled their families from the Egyptian side already two weeks ago, so that they wouldn't be harmed after the attack, but they don't let other innocent Palestinians leave Gaza, they keep them as human shields. They fire thousands of rockets from hospitals and schools - check me if I'm lying, because they know that Israel will never attack there. Please tell me which other country in the world would have provided a country or region, or whatever we call Gaza, with equipment, food, fuel, electricity and more, for almost 20 years, at no charge by the way, when they have been firing thousands of missiles at us for years.

Would you be ready Great Britain, or your nation state, to continue supplying water, electricity, fuel, millions of dollars and equipment to a terrorist organization (Hamas is the one that controls Gaza and is the sovereign there) that attacks you and calls everywhere to destroy your country? No normal country would do that.

We are now at war. There is no reason why we should not lay siege to them. By the way, Egypt also shares a border with Gaza, their "brothers". Why don't they take care of them and provide all the things Israel do for years? Do you know that today Egypt warned Israel that it is not ready to accept any refugees from Gaza, not even innocent people who want to flee the war.

But still, Israel always ends up somehow as the bad guy. As I said before, we give notice before each of our attacks and ask all innocents to vacate the area because there are terrorists there who are shooting and hiding.

I don't hate Arabs or Muslims, I have a lot of Muslim friends. I am absolutely not in favor of harming innocent. But as I said before, it's easy for you to write things from your safe and quiet home thousands of miles away. We have been experiencing terrorism here for decades and this time, after the brutal murder of more than 1,000 people, who were simply executed in the most inhuman way possible, and kidnapping 200 people, we will do everything necessary to protect ourselves and to eliminate the terrorist organization Hamas, something by the way most of the residents of Gaza would be very happy to have happen because they live there in misery.

It hurts me a lot to read some comments here, fans of the club I love more than anything in the world, who support or at least do not condemn the murder of Israeli people. I didn't know there was so much hatred for Israel and it hurts me, but Im not going to deal with it anymore. Everyone can have their own opinion, there is no time for me to deal with it anymore, I am joining the army to fight and protect my homeland which is in existential danger with threats from Hezbollah in the north and Iran who want to destroy us.

The unnerving fact of the matter is that Israel's Government has formally declared WAR on Hamas.

This is unlike any scenario we've seen or become 'accustomed' to in the last 50 years. We're entering unprecidented territory. Israel's leaders aren't going to rest until Hamas are completely obliterated.

Innocent people will suffer as a result, but be under no illusions, the actions of Hamas are not going to be easily forgiven and no amount of highlighting innocents sufferings are going to change their mind. Until Hamas are eradicated, just as we saw with ISIS, just as we hope in Ukraine, the war between Israel and Gaza will continue until conclusion.

They aren’t interested in democracy, and in terms of oppression of their populace they’re much worse than Russia. They control all the food and medicine, they will just drive up and shoot any opponents in broad daylight and leave the body there.

I agree with you that Hamas has got to go now. There’s no coming back to the negotiating table from this, which might end up being the second deadliest terrorist attack of all time. I just don’t think the Palestinians can get rid of them on their own, and because every time foreign powers have gotten involved in deposing Palestinian leaders, things have gotten worse for the Palestinian civilians, they don’t trust anyone and won’t support intervention.

This is difficult because I feel the pain of the Palestinians after being treated like dogs for decades but I also feel for the Israeli people who have slaughtered by hamas and Islamic jihad . Both sides are committing atrocities on a massive scale and I can’t see an end to this .

When people talk about breaking the cycle and you see things like that, let alone seeing children being abducted from Israel or think of them sat in Gaza as the bombs come down, it’s no wonder plenty grow up with distrust and a lack of empathy when their own innocence has been robbed from them.

This at a time our political classes are becoming increasingly partisan and binary too across the world, I really don’t see it changing for a long while yet.

Personally I’d wipe everyone over the age of six out, leave them with a bunch of science text books, and a note saying “sorry, we really fucked it, you have a go”. Well, maybe leave them dinner ladies too…

It’s unusual for this low level of crime to
make the news in the U.K. it’s a shitty thing to smash up the restaurant but this happens to owners of all ethnicities, religions etc.

It makes the news when it suits tbf but off the back of the 2nd largest terrorist attack in history and a large Jewish community in several parts of the UK facing pockets of very pro Palestinian support, they are worried and rightly so for their safety.

Just down from this restaurant anti semitic graffiti was also daubed on a bridge going off reports.

See I thought it was 10m or something, that’s why I used the 99% figure, but I couldn’t remember so looked it up before posting and Wikipedia said 50-100m?!

So I just used that. It doesn’t change the overall meaning of the post though.
