Well this whole process has gone on a lot longer than the Everton situation, surely the Premier League and it’s independent panel should have all the information there to move forward with any type of hearing? Why haven’t they?

Carragher is a dimwit and should realise that complete silence over the time frames of this situation might not end in the verdict in what he wants.

Geez the guy is clueless and doesn't understands how the process for a court case.

I am no expert on court cases but even I know if a case is being done quietly usually you don't hear anything from both sides. Plus all this is going to take quite a long time.
