They just had to shoehorn United into the headline and article.

He's played average at best and scored a few penalties.

I'm surprised the headlines not something along the lines of "Utd mad Cole Palmer demanded move from City". Telling Pep "I'm not prepared to play in the conference after you lot get relegated for cheating, my red family brought me up with morals".

£42m for a pllayer who has barely played half a dozen league games was good business , it was a gamble for Chelsea and after a few games in their first team , it is still a gamble. We paid £10m more for an established Belgium international who has already proven his goalscoring and assists quality in the same amount of time , perhaps Doku should volnteer for penalty duties to get the Balon D'Or.

It's 100% on sky.

Sky and TNT agreed to swap the Saturday games on 2th December due to us playing Leipzig on the following Tuesday night ( teams can't play 5.30pm on Saturday then 8pm Tuesday)and Sky had the pick of the Saturday game on that date.
That’s not correct, Arsenal play Villa at 5:30 on Saturday 9th December before facing PSV on the Tuesday at 5:45pm.

It was GMP who objected to the 5:30 KO, Sky wanted the later time but due to last seasons lumber the plod wouldn’t allow it.

Murkeyside plod have sanctioned 4:30 for the Dippers against the Rags in December.

You can just hear Carragher wishing us to lose, what a prick
It's quite funny, especially when you see other fan sites joining in about the corruption they claim is involved every time a var decision goes our way. The dippers take the biscuit though when after an handball in their area, they broke away to score and rather conveniently it was explained later that var wasn't working that day. Has that happened anywhere else in the world before or since where even the tv companies and msm were unaware of the problem?

They had to swap it because they can't trust the Scousers after a day on the bevvies but sky and tnt get to keep the original fixtures despite the change in ko time.

If palmer gets of the bench or starts the England game we get another 2.5m of chelsea..

Pretty sure I mentioned they had to swap due to the trouble last season! As I stated Sky wanted the 5:30 kick off but were knocked back by GMP.

I wish Palmer all the luck in the world, genuinely.

If we can have another Manchester kid playing regularly for England, then I'm all for it.

However, whilst he is getting regular footie, I am still not truly seeing a gem at the mo.

The media hype doesn't help either

Either way, we'll be blamed for causing offence by chanting anything about being City, Champions and Trebles.
Carragher the child assaulter will make sure of this.

Like Sancho nobody outside of City gave a fuck about Palmer while he was here. As soon as he leaves he's world class, picked for England and proving Pep wrong.

He might pick up the plaudits from the city hating media for parting ways with us, bit this isn't going to bring him the medal haul he's been used too.
The media openly masturbate over anything they think might lessen us, but inevitably end up with er.... egg on their faces and looking like the true wankers they are.

They will have also thought the MIB would be out in force to confront the scousers. An early kick off and send them back to dipper land seems wise.

Spitty is just a troll, I turn the volume off when the whiny prick is on. For the game on Sunday I turned down the telly volume and listened on the City site. Needed to play about with pause to get the picture in synch with the sound but well worth it. Alastair Mann and Andy Morrison.

To be fair, the main reason he's got the call up is because he has played more consistently for them and in a more leading role. This has probably resulted in Southgate seeing something more in him than he saw with the more limited time he played in games with us.

As much as I think the media has an aganda against us, the fact that so many city players figure in the England squad makes it difficult for me to criticise the England camp, at least on this matter.

Granted he appears to take a decent penalty which for somebody in an England shirt is a bit of a rarity. Aside from that he's not exactly set the world alight. Not enough to warrant an England call up. Mind you as waistcoat regularly picks a semi retired dogshit Henderson I guess it's no ringing endorsement of a player's ability getting the call.
