Does that include “propaganda relations?”

Whilst the balance of probability threshold is technically true for the commission, I think the severity of the allegations means that they will need some real cogent evidence to find us guilty. Saying we think you did it won’t cut the mustard here, given what’s at stake. It's the 'balance of probability ' statement the premier league seem to hide behind that worries me the most. It's their 'we can't prove anything but they must have done it' argument and it's never contested
Not sure about that.Chelsea had it way too easy in the media since City became a powerhouse. we got 99% of the negative articles, while apparently Abra did all this shady things in the meantime and signing letters against us.
it got to the point that media were happy we lost CL final to Chelsea.
compare that to Chelsea beating Pool or United in a CL final.
What is this about?PL meeting on Tuesday about voting of the new anti-Newcastle loan rules will be fun.
Everton are about to get a shiny new stadium that could propel them to new heights attract investors. Like our stadium did. The red dippers don’t want that. This is all transparent as fuck!If the PL start to allow clubs to sue Everton for lost income, PL table position, relegation etc it will turn into a massive shit show. Where do they draw the line on penalties? Everton could feasibly go under from constant litigation and counter claims, potential lost sponsorships etc etc
I saw you’d said they rejected that as a punishment, however, they have coincidentally given the exact same punishment.
Everton won't get relegated and were never going to qualify for a European place this season so this whole "harsh" 10 point deduction is a facade. It makes it look like the PL are taking a tough stance when in effect the net result to Everton will be negligible...Everton are about to get a shiny new stadium that could propel them to new heights attract investors. Connections, connections as Abu Dhabi work the room :)Here's a way to combat the unrelenting media vitriol.....buy the fuckers up!!
The Telegraph reporting that the Barclay family who controlled it for decades until Lloyds seized control due to unpaid loans have made a bid to take back control by paying the full 1.2 billion owed. That money is coming from a media investment fund called Redbird IMI, of which Sheikh Mansour is a major investor. Hope he insists Ducker and Wallace get the chop :)

really wonder the ration of the votes, if it will be close to not passing (I guess need 14 votes to pass) or actually it will be something like 19-1 or 18-2 maybe.
this would be the chance of starting a little group, the likes of Castle, Chelsea, Everton, City but hard to see who else would want to join and Chelsea, Everton can be two faced fuckers too.
Wolves also had FFP issues in the past, they also had to sell a lot this summer not to fail again.
Its pure speculation and I am not sure anyone outside the club is aware what we have been charged with. You’re right - it’s not a good look. However, I think that allegation is utter bollocks. We were throwing around far greater sums of money to sign players that were going through the books at the time so the notion we were paying Mancini’s wages off the books is fanciful IMO.
Also, as of a few months ago Mancini said he hadn’t been contacted by the Premier League about this. Surely if they want to pin that one on us then they’d actually talk to him and ask him for his observations?
Don't ask Pep to join in!!!We need a rousing rendition of the “we paid him secretly” version of the Mancini song next weekend just to show these goons that we’re not in the leat bit worried about what’s to come.
Hahahaha, top day ;)I didn't anticipate all this having it with Chelsea at the Full Members Cup Final. I feel old.
Slight edit.Much prefer us to firing squad Ducker and Wallace, in no particular order!
lol wtf is balance of probability? Imagine tryin to prove theory of probability to a judge ,It's the 'balance of probability ' statement the premier league seem to hide behind that worries me the most. It's their 'we can't prove anything but they must have done it' argument and it's never contested
10 points very well might relegate themEverton won't get relegated and were never going to qualify for a European place this season so this whole "harsh" 10 point deduction is a facade. It makes it look like the PL are taking a tough stance when in effect the net result to Everton will be negligible...
And it gives all these assholes another chance to scream bloody murder about us...what a joke...
Don't ask Pep to join in!!!
Not a chance...10 points very well might relegate them
If Liverpool lose out on chumps qualification by 1 point will they sue the pl and pigmol for the bad decision they had?If the PL start to allow clubs to sue Everton for lost income, PL table position, relegation etc it will turn into a massive shit show. Where do they draw the line on penalties? Everton could feasibly go under from constant litigation and counter claims, potential lost sponsorships etc etc
