PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I kind of hope Chelsea will improve a lot this season and somehow manage to clinch top4.

that way the media will need to attack them more as clearly if they would be just above relegation zone media would have cared even less about any past shady things let alone Boehly's big spending since then.

Chelsea had it way too easy in the media since City became a powerhouse. we got 99% of the negative articles, while apparently Abra did all this shady things in the meantime and signing letters against us.

it got to the point that media were happy we lost CL final to Chelsea.
compare that to Chelsea beating Pool or United in a CL final.

Whilst the balance of probability threshold is technically true for the commission, I think the severity of the allegations means that they will need some real cogent evidence to find us guilty. Saying we think you did it won’t cut the mustard here, given what’s at stake.

Not sure about that.
They were the enemy until we came along.
Terry's penalty miss is still going down in folklore history even though Anelka missed the final penalty.
The only reason we are no 1 is that we are more successful.
Picking a favourite for the rags/ dippers in the City /Chelsea Champions league final was the same as choosing between having sex with an alligator or a crocodile.
 
PL meeting on Tuesday about voting of the new anti-Newcastle loan rules will be fun.
really wonder the ration of the votes, if it will be close to not passing (I guess need 14 votes to pass) or actually it will be something like 19-1 or 18-2 maybe.

this would be the chance of starting a little group, the likes of Castle, Chelsea, Everton, City but hard to see who else would want to join and Chelsea, Everton can be two faced fuckers too.
Wolves also had FFP issues in the past, they also had to sell a lot this summer not to fail again.

Everton are about to get a shiny new stadium that could propel them to new heights attract investors. Like our stadium did. The red dippers don’t want that. This is all transparent as fuck!

I think they said they can impose any punishment they deem fit, so they don't have to follow PL guidelines, but then, in essence, they did.

Everton won't get relegated and were never going to qualify for a European place this season so this whole "harsh" 10 point deduction is a facade. It makes it look like the PL are taking a tough stance when in effect the net result to Everton will be negligible...

And it gives all these assholes another chance to scream bloody murder about us...what a joke...

Surprisingly, add LIverpool to the group. Probably not for the Newcastle vote but they will support us.
Arsenal will be joining them but not United & Spurs.

The Arsenal story is simple. If City were to be relegated the reputational damage to the UAE including Dubai would be terrible.

In the event of a vote Arsenal will be on our side. Conveniently Emirates recently announce a 25% increase to their Arsenal shirt sponsorship.

Also, as of a few months ago Mancini said he hadn’t been contacted by the Premier League about this. Surely if they want to pin that one on us then they’d actually talk to him and ask him for his observations?

If Liverpool lose out on chumps qualification by 1 point will they sue the pl and pigmol for the bad decision they had?
