Just say you were there like the rest of them :)As I couldnt make that game, I feel their is part of me missing, I only feel like a 99% City fan, so i fancy York away ;)
Listening to the boos…. Great bit of nostalgia.
Just reading about the rags facing financial ruin if they don’t get top 4 this season. Could a points deduction for us get them in the back door? Hmmmm. Or am I just bein paranoid? Heads up my arse with all this bollocks at the minute!
I think it was voted the worst City game ever or something and I certainly wouldn't argue. I had a long distance girlfriend at the time who'd come to stay with me for the weekend as it was my birthday and Valentine's day. She wasn't into football but knew how much City meant to me so wanted to go to a game to experience it for herself. Unfortunately for her it was this game lol.
After about an hour she turned to me and said, " This is terrible and I know nothing about football. Why do you put yourself through this every week?" I had to agree. She thought it was hilarious when that lad ran on and ripped his season ticket up. As we walked out of the ground into the grey cold miserable Manchester night she said, "We should have stayed in bed" and I really couldn't argue.
Discussed again yesterday by Jordan, White and Murphy, no mention of the reason the k.o. time was altered but at least Jordan had a go at Klopp's whinging. Murphy going on about the rivalry with the rags still being bigger because of the sheer hatred between them, not that anyone I know gives a shit about two clubs who don't have a great history of going head to head against each other, but it's obvious he's never witnessed the antics of his clubs feral support base live in a game against City.Given we are playing them isn’t our kick off time the same as theirs?
Incredible that you read my post and had that reply to it.
What’s bollocks ?Prophet of Bollocks more like.
I didn’t even realise that was the game he ripped his season ticket up. That period was a blur, so often we used to go the kippax bar at half time, load up & not go back 2nd half.
What’s bollocks ?
The minute the PL charged City was the moment we all knew they want us relegated. There is no soft option unless we win the case.
We have no allies in the media or from other supporters. The media are absolutely desperate for us to go down.
I’m confident we will prevail - but don’t think anybody wants to think about the catastrophic fall out if we don’t.
All this City won’t be relegated is absolute bollocks.
The Premier League have backed themselves into a huge corner where they have left no alternative.
Nobody will bat an eyelid if City and Chelsea go down - I would say almost all non City and Chelsea fans want them relegated - especially the media.
The PL will then be shared amongst LFC Utd and Arsenal just like it was always supposed to.
There is no ‘Super League Gun’ though. Do you not remember what happened when that was tried previously ?
The PL know the public and the Government won’t stand for a Super League so won’t be losing any sleep over it.
You bizarrely seem to think if City are relegated they will disregard their supporters and in a strop flounce off to join a Super League.Someone is massively confused...
Best case scenario - we "prevail" and life goes on - albeit we will be getting dog's abuse about our "expensive" lawyers, conspiracy theories about behind the scenes dealings, etc etc for decades. There will never be the fair recognition of what we have achieved - which is astonishing and deserves admiration - not derision. What’s bollocks ?

kappa and SAAB bring it onKappa I've heard
I think where lots of posters have misinterpreted your original post is that they think you were saying we will be relegated rather than we could easily be if found guilty of substantive charges. You bizarrely seem to think if City are relegated they will disregard their supporters and in a strop flounce off to join a Super League.
Which Super League are they joining ?
One that is magically set up the following day for them to join ? Last time I looked there were only 2 teams left still flogging that dead horse.
And you seem to bizarrely think that the original architects from LFC and MUFC fresh from being guaranteed their original top 4 PL places back would want to also jump ship to collect a £250m fine to join a league with City who they have been desperate to see fucked off.
Absolute pie in the sky.
If relegated as a result of a points deduction we go down to the EPL there is no mechanism to relegate a club It is also very dubious as to the punishment as there is no guidelines as to what the commission can apply, some will say anything but I somewhat doubt it would stand up in law.All this City won’t be relegated is absolute bollocks.

There is no rivalry between United and Liverpool. When they’re due to play each other I get sick of hearing about how massive both clubs are and how much history they both have, they couldn’t be further up each other’s arse. It’s all engineered shite, they are two cheeks of the same arse, but if telling anyone that will listen that their games against each other are their biggest, makes them feel better then leave them to it.Discussed again yesterday by Jordan, White and Murphy, no mention of the reason the k.o. time was altered but at least Jordan had a go at Klopp's whinging.
