PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I’m sure this question has been asked before but, if UEFA led by Gill and Parry et al could find us guilty of ‘cooking the books’ in their internal UEFA panel / procedure - when in actual fact they had no evidence whatsoever when they arrived as CAS - whats to stop the PL doing the same - with Gill once again in the thick of it. And why did no one at UEFA ask the question as to why they were made to look such dicks in front of CAS. Any competent or honest organisation would have reviewed its processes and procedures after that shambles. The concern here is we have no right of appeal and no genuinely independent arbitrator In the PL case.
Don’t forget the CAS verdict was 2-1. It wasn’t unanimous.

The Premier league are already regretting the panel's decision to deduct Everton ten points and the fall out that will cause with several clubs claiming compensation , if they took points from us the compensation claims would increase ten fold.
They have no choice but to change the punishment and fine Everton with a possible transfer ban , if they do not ,the shit will hit the fan and the litigation will go on for years ,the Premier league have shot themselves in the foot just to appease two arrogant , self entitled , greedy bastard football clubs. If Master's and his cronies dont buck their ideas up , the Premier league in its current guise is f*cked and a European Super League will be on the agenda again.
You may well be right but be interested to know what your evidence is for this

Whatever the circumstances surrounding the Everton breach, ten point deduction is IMO way over the top for a 20M overspend spread over three years.
Wouldn't be surprised if the points deduction was reduced to say three or even overturned and a transfer ban imposed.
If not the PL could become a litigation zone with titles/relegation decided by panels and lawyers.

With so many American owners of PL clubs, the European Super League franchise has never been OFF the agenda. IMHO it will happen, the only issue is when.

The amount of corruption in the game will ensure the Premier League clubs will go for it.

It will be like turkeys voting for Christmas and the fans will have no say in the matter.

Probably been said on here countless times, but I'm fucking sick to death of hearing the opinions of ex-footballers who simply haven't got a clue from either a financial or legal point of view.

I've seen clips of the overlap from recently, and quite frankly Carragher and Ian Wright have just simply embarrassed themselves with their views.

I'd normally bat this off if it was a football opinion, but these morons are filling the empty vessels of millions of football fans around the globe by airing their views, which are so far off the mark, that it borderlines slander and libel.

You bizarrely seem to think if City are relegated they will disregard their supporters and in a strop flounce off to join a Super League.

Which Super League are they joining ?

One that is magically set up the following day for them to join ? Last time I looked there were only 2 teams left still flogging that dead horse.

And you seem to bizarrely think that the original architects from LFC and MUFC fresh from being guaranteed their original top 4 PL places back would want to also jump ship to collect a £250m fine to join a league with City who they have been desperate to see fucked off.

Absolute pie in the sky.
There's not a snowball's chance in hell City get relegated. If by some insane act of self destruction the PL tried to relegate us we'd appeal the process and use the resulting time to chart a new course. The "original architects" as you refer to them are washed. I don't give a rat's ass what those 2 scumbag clubs would or wouldn't do.
I'm no great fan of either, but those "only 2 teams left" are Real Madrid and Barcelona. If you think a triumvirate of those 2 clubs and City would not cause major concern to both the Prem and UEFA you are more confused than I originally thought.
It won't come to that because as I said we're never going to be relegated or play in any lower tier league. You can call me arrogant but I'm not going to shit my pants in the face of some charges being levied at us by a league serving the interests of a few selfish, self-serving clubs...
They can go fuck right off...CADED23

What annoys me is the narrative painted of us now. Reputation fucked. Anytime im seen in my city top. The comments from people, the 115 cheats. What if were innocent? Our reputation is in tatters. Hope we burn the premier league to the ground

Yes, but that chucks up the issue that we'll not get any choice who does the PL one and at the CAS hearing, assuming we were 'fully' innocent as from memory there was no evidence apart from doctored emails we still had a vote against.
With CAS saying "No Evidence" to all the charges other than the no cooperation one what right minded legal eagle/snail would say guilty. They did it to ensure they got paid and looked on favourably the next time a hopeless case came up. No independant lawyer would say guilty on the cellotaped evidence UEFA produced, the evidence CAS rubbished about 15 minutes after the hearing started. The longer this goes on the more confident I am City will prevail.
