Honestly, I don't want him. I think he's a bad attitude problem waiting to happen.

We've got a great squad of attitudes to match the skillset at the moment and I think he's a risk. Haaland (as much as I love him) shows some mild signs of spitting his dummy out at times but I think it's the wider squads culture that shows him that it's not the norm and it's not how we work. Adding Kylian, as good as he is, might be a bad idea.

I'm sure City did their best to bring Jude, but when the player itself have set his mind to join another club you can't convince them any further.

Haaland & KDB seem to get on quite fine. You've completely omitted the most important person in the equation, Pep Guardiola.

Within 12 month of becoming Barça manager, he got rid of Ronaldonho, Eto'o, Deco & others to improve the squad, but also for squad unity & discipline. Pep also managed Messi, & twice managed & got rid of Yaya Touré.

When we acquired Bernardo & Mendy from Monaco, Mbappé was also in the conversation, but it became clear a deal had already been done with PSG for his transfer the following season.

When asked about Mbappé recently, Pep laughed & said the world knows he's Real bound, but there wasn't a "No. We're not interested".

I'm confident that in the unlikely event we were able to get Mbappé, that City would have carried out our usual due diligence & our squad unity would be perfectly fine.
