When he slithered off the first time, I said him going wasn’t the problem ,Lawell staying was. I hate his style of play. It’s boring to watch, ineffective and nullified our main threats. Yet, it’s not his fault. Yesterday again the cowardly fucking **** threw the players under the bus again. Nothing to do with him fucking up a fast and dangerous team. No, it’s not him.

I hate the **** for that cowardice.,Stand up when the shit hits, take responsibility. Most importantly, park your ego and acknowledge your style is shite, nobody wants to watch it and it clearly doesn’t work.

I would sack the prick today, right after I came back from the board firing squad. Still a lot of games left, but right now, under that ****, I am a tad worried.
Not a fan of the Bodge then?

There is one , at a push two, Celtic players that would get in a fully fit Rangers first XI.

Rangers injury list and questionable officiating won Celtic the league by 7 points last season. Rangers had no central defenders for the majority of that time

You only have to look at the European results / performances to see the gulf that exists.
The last bit is certainly true. Rangers' European pedigree in the last few years far outstrips Celtic's (notwithstanding the abysmal showing in last year's CL).

I'm not sure Rangers were the better team last season. I think sacking GVB and replacing him with Beale said a lot about where Rangers were in 22/23, and the lack of competitiveness in Europe told a story. You can build a case to say Rangers were better in 21/22 though - a Scottish Cup and Europa League final was a very good return, with the instability of Gerrard leaving perhaps being the difference in the league.

I still think Celtic will edge the league this year, but not by much (I am a Rangers man, so I'm perhaps downplaying expectations somewhat).

Celtic were the better team last season but with Rangers injuries and the mismanagement of the squad that allowed so many players to run down their contracts they should have by a minimum of 15-20 points

Celtic need Hibs to do them a favour and also win the Old Firm game as the third quarter of the season sees Rangers with , on paper, a far easier run of games up until the split. I said they needed to have at least a 5 point lead but now it looks like being at best a 5 point lead.

ETA … I realise Rangers were not competitive in the group stages but what many conveniently forget is we overcame a first leg 2-0 defeat against a very underrated USG. They then went away at PSV and sneaked through 1-0. PSV just got through their group in this years UCL.

We had Liverpool who knocked 7 past Man Utd after they did it to us.

Napoli who ran away with Serie A

Ajax who we were very disappointing against

You cannot go into these games with no central defenders and kids!

The success in getting to the group stages probably cost GvB his job and led to the clusterfuck that was Michael fucking Beale! I feel for Sunderland. Have their support not suffered enough in recent years?

You’re just lucky you don’t have my head!!

I blame the wife for telling me there was a second bottle of Morgan’s

Night Night

If you actually watched it you would have seen dirty Don is no friend of Rangers, he was appalling
I called it before the game. Shinnie was allowed to run about kicking and elbowing anything in Blue. He did eventually get booked in the 87th minute!!! Disgraceful!!

How the fuck did Sokler escape a second booking for the late challenge on the Rangers defender clearing the ball? Was it Balogun?

Och well he did his worst but we overcame! Don Robertson will be hurting more than any Aberdeen player this morning. Pleasing

Geez fucking peace. Two penalties Rangers woukd have got, and probably sent a **** off and nothing. But, crack on. That’s how you win.i don’t want to get barred here so I will let it go. But you know what I’m thinking.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

This just gets better and better hahahahaha

Where’s all these wonder kids / superstars you were creaming yourself over?

I thought St Ninnians finest was hurting the most but wee Magic might have just pipped him

You’re only top of the league due to that cheating bastard Don Robertson in the first Old Firm game at Ibrox !!!

Kicking Butland on the ground is not a penalty. And remember how you won the very same competition with three players offside from a free kick, after yet another honest mistake went ra selliks way

The linesman that day is a friend of a friend and is a huge Rangers fan. This was an honest mistake.

That decision is a shocker but at the same time we still should have won comfortably and at times it was like Rangers v Fraser Forster. He was outstanding that day

Didn’t the Ref send Alfie off near the end for a dive Kyogo would have been proud of?
