It was a joke..What memories?
It was a joke..What memories?
Everything I won was fully deserved and Implayed a major part in winning them. Kalvin wasn’t a bad player, we actually signed ‘England’s Player of the year’. He was just not suited to Peps way of playing, he’ll do well at West HamBut did you give your medals back for being an undeserving little so and so? ;-)
He played about 2 games less than Palmer and Gomez, and about 60 minutes less in total in all comps. Should they hand their medals in, too?
Be it one minute or a thousand plus. If a squad member contributes then they have earned their medals and you back them, not come out with drivel that they should hand their medals back.
It really is that simple, well, if you’re a Blue that is.
In this market where nobody can buy anybody ?Hope he's a roaring success, not just because it ensure we at least get our money back on him ( I actually think if he has a good spell at west ham. He's easily a £60 million player in this market,
No inside info. But just logically, Kalvin is being moved co Pep couldn't get him any playing time. So there really aren't any minutes coming open by his departure. You seem very sure, any particular reason?
I'm hoping this leaves a space in the squad for one of our brilliant youth players. No inside info. But just logically, Kalvin is being moved co Pep couldn't get him any playing time. So there really aren't any minutes coming open by his departure.
In other words, whether we bring someone in or not is totally unrelated to whether Kalvin was moved.
Yep, hope he finds his new home, seems like a decent enough lad.Didn't work out here but I wish him the best, hope he does well for the Hammers
I’ve been thinking about this. It hasn’t worked out well for us, or him, with Kalvin, but his conduct has been exemplary. Why would it enter someone’s head to go onto a public forum and say he should give all his medals back? There’s no reason for it, it’s just very bitter and twisted and completely unnecessary. What does any individual gain by him giving his medals back? I’m just pleased for him that he’s go then and wish things had gone better for him.
Other than being a bit overweight, and that’s what it was, what else has he done? It's plainly ridiculous to suggest that he return his medals, but it's also ridiculous to hold Phillips up as having shown nothing but exemplary behaviour in his time with us. After all, Guardiola publicly criticised him for returning from the World Cup in poor physical shape, and the manager very rarely criticises his own players. It's a shame things have not worked out for him here and I wish him well.
I would think Pep might have had an issue with the England manager tbh as that’s whose custody Kalvin had been in. Not sure Pep would have mentioned it publicly otherwise. Anyway I’m not going to criticise a man for having a pie too many, a man after my own heartIt's plainly ridiculous to suggest that he return his medals, but it's also ridiculous to hold Phillips up as having shown nothing but exemplary behaviour in his time with us. After all, Guardiola publicly criticised him for returning from the World Cup in poor physical shape, and the manager very rarely criticises his own players. It’s telling it has been deleted, however it was quoted a few times and is still there to see. It's utterly insane for some people to shown that kind hatred against him.
I mean i know he is not good enough player and that is warrant criticism. But showing that kind of hatred like he killed the hater family member or something it's just becoming pathetic at this point.
