Bernardo has it spot on.
Bernardo seems to be emerging as more of a verbal leader. I think that is good for the club.

The long dark days are now irrelevant, we are a transformed club and indeed the best club in the world. We draw one game at home and it's the end of the world - totally.
Absolutely fucking laughable some of the posters on here. Obviously,
they were not around in the real dark days...
He is a young guy playing his first season in the PL, obviously there will be ups and downs as we have witnessed. There's no way a young player like Doku who has done extremely well for us should feel the need to respond to blue moaners about his performance. These blue moaners are anonymous characters. Are they genuine City fans? Do they know anything about football? Are they sat in mummy's front room in keyboard warrior mode? Whoever they are, Doku doesn't owe these goons anything by way of explanation.

100% the same was said in the middle of last season and look how that turned out. There's linger of hangover from last season because treble, it will affect any club even the best in the world like our club. Understandable it will affect in someway their desire and hunger this season, they only just a human and not some robots.

Just a few worrying signs on Saturday, and mistakes in how the team was set up.
Chelsea have had a poor season but they have pacey players that can hurt you on the break and we seemed to be set up so wrong to stop that threat.
Disagree, I would never doubt the hunger and desire of this group of players, it's extraordinary but this season we have two genuine serious challengers and several below that are at a far higher level than previous seasons and may well ultimately decide where the title ends up at.This season seems worse than last season challenge, Last season challenge is a world cup in middle of season.
This season challenge is overcoming the biggest hurdles yet which is ourselves with this lingering hangover that creeping in our player mind constantly, no matter how much they claim they still have desire and hunger it still affect them in someway.
Sorry but I had to switch off at h/t ,5 mins in Chelsea need to/ must do blah blah blah Constant fouls going unpunished, how that caicedo stayed on the pitch is beyond me Corners are just a waste of time , the Viking not on it, it was just all so predictable but that carragher cnut does it for me , I just can’t watch us with him there Then I come on here to check what happened 2 nd half an it’s still the same Horrible comms an horrible reffing Sick of it

Point for general consideration: Grealish started one (1) of those games -- the win against United. Our performance against the top 6 is not good enough. We lost against Arsenal, two draws with Chelsea, A draw with Liverpool and Totenham and only one win against United.
Yep, still a raw talent. Plenty more to come from him and he'll only get betterHe is a young guy playing his first season in the PL, obviously there will be ups and downs as we have witnessed.
Saturday and since his injury he has not been the same player as the one that came in and was superb, nothing wrong with stating that.
Learning from his game against Chelsea will be the measure of his future in our shirt.
Pre 2012? Your historical knowledge of football is pretty poor. Not heard of the Revie plan when City were revolutionising the game tactically. What about Joe Mercer and Allison era when we were the team in England late 60's and carried on with Tony Book's great 1970's side.. should have the league a couple of times then pipped by the odd point. If we were say a Plymouth or Exeter who had achieved what City had since 2012 then you could letigitimarely say "johnny come latelys" but City's role as being one of the major forces in the game (attendences , titles, cups, international players etc) cant be considered as Johnny Come Latelys. Really showing your lack of football knowledge with that pal. We even won the FA Cuo in 1904!! Hows that for 'istry!!Admittedly, you’ve been hugely successful this last decade and to be fair, I’ve really enjoyed the quality of football you’ve played. I suppose my favourite City team was when Aguero and Silva were in the team. Sublime stuff. However, nothing lasts forever, dynasties come and go and I might be proven wrong but I feel yours is coming to an end.
Nothing against City, per se, but it’s hard to maintain that consistency for years.
I applaud your style of football and the success it brought but to be honest, you are Johnny Come Latelys…you still lag the legacy of the ‘Red Shirts’. Where were you pre 2012?
I don't see why he gets any criticism, they were obviously wary of him and always sent two men out to cover him. He did what he should and passed the ball, it should then be up to the team to use the space this creates. He is a young guy playing his first season in the PL, obviously there will be ups and downs as we have witnessed.

We are the current English, European and World champions and are in a title race in February. I'd wind your fucking neck until we've gone three seasons without winning anything. However, nothing lasts forever, dynasties come and go and I might be proven wrong but I feel yours is coming to an end.
Having two defenders on him is something he will have to get used to and take advantage of, he is in with the big boys now.I don't see why he gets any criticism, they were obviously wary of him and always sent two men out to cover him. Hahaha!Fucking cock, easiest get out when losing an argument aint it? Wish I hadn’t engaged with you in the first place, I’ll learn going forward that’s for sure fuck me
Enter Eric MorcambeWe had an Orchestra that played beautiful music .Recently it sounds disjointed and off tune.
And a load of fans who are cry baby, mard arses, who throw their toys out of the pram if we don’t win every single game we play. Joke! The long dark days are now irrelevant, we are a transformed club and indeed the best club in the world.
The problem is that when he is being covered by two players, he does not pass the ball quickly enough to recycle it to expose that space he helped create. Too little end product, including the quality pass inside to help find the space.I don't see why he gets any criticism, they were obviously wary of him and always sent two men out to cover him. He did what he should and passed the ball, it should then be up to the team to use the space this creates.
