Agreed. But as we comfortably top the corners “for” chart - it’s an ideal weapon for us particularly against stubborn teams who want pretty much everyone behind the ball in open play. For the quality ball players we have we should carry more of a threat.

Very little creativity or variety,just lobbing it into the box hoping it lands on someone's head.

KDB took 12 TWELVE 12 against Chavs and tried the same thing every time.

We even waste a man by putting someone next to the taker !!

Short corners to open up the angles...near post flick on's...edge of box passes...deep far post knock backs.....etc etc.

It seems so obvious, it really is bemusing !!
