Has anyone put their central heating on yet?

Gone down to half hr in the morning to dry the towels off given it is raining every day and i dont have a tumble dryer , getting monthly bills from edf is very handy

Octopus have said in April prices will drop as that’s cheap gas from last year they’ve bought, unfortunately that’s when most stop using it fir heating so pretty irrelevant
Yeah, it followed a similar pattern last year too. Lower the price when we don’t use it as much and raise it when we do.

Let’s see what happens in October.

Anyone managed to switch off yet? I keep trying but somehow keeps turning itself back on

I wonder if they say that this time next year, when they bought it last year it was 102p per therm, now its only 58p per therm, which looks like it will end up being the new normal. The last time it was this low was June 2021.
