I’m back in hospital on Thursday what do you recommend, pains going through the roof at the minute x

Tell them how much pain you are in and they will sort something out for you , dont take naproxen or voltarol off your own back as that can delay the bone healing , i have been on tramadol for about fifteen years now , i dont take it every four hours just when i did my shoulder , i dont get any buzz off them now but excellent pain relief , my dr and i have a yearly meds check and i never need to come off it , suits me it does

Hope they get your pain under control soon, you will need it for physio, that i can tell you xx

I broke my leg the pain was horrific until it healed but I have Pregablin for nerve pain it’s brilliant there are lots of different pain tablets it’s finding something that works.

Put it on for an hour this morning. I usually enjoy those pipes creaking the first fire up of the year. Not this year though, was more anxious than anything.

What a time to be alive. 34 years working to end up worrying about the energy usage at home.
