Interesting in the papers that Arteta says they will need 90 points at least to win the title. That means he needs 10 wins and two draws from their last 12 games. They play us, Brighton, Wolves, Spurs away as well as Villa and I think Chelsea at home. If they reach 90 points then fair play to them but I think he is deluded if he thinks they have a chance.

arsenal certainly have a chance.
If we draw next weekend, there is a good chance arsenal will then be top of the table, maybe by GD.
I can't see any of the current top 3 dropping many points between now and the end of the season.
It looks like being the team with the most points from the round Robin matches between these top 3.
 
Stephen Warnock came out with a whopper today:

“No matter where united finish in the league they are still one of the top teams in Europe”.

Then:

“United need a player clear out”.

1. United are not a top team anymore. Won nothing of note and languish in mid-table.
2. Are they still a popular team? sure, 20 years of success will have that effect.
3. Top teams don’t need clear outs every summer!

The third goal? Since playing out from the back seems to be the default for most teams it's ever so comical when someone cocks it up. Eddie had a brainfart t'other week, but yesterday's was pure pantomime. Almost on a par with the first goal the City women got on Saturday.
