Forest docked 4 points

Worst thing about this as I understand it is they waited to get a better fee for Johnson from spurs, so his fee went into a different accounting period. Are the P/L saying they should have taken a smaller fee earler and everything would be okay.
Or in Nottingham forests case know your place ..

Won't they appeal? If so they'll probably get 1/2 points back

Everton were handed their 10 points in November and appealed it down to 6 in February. Timescale will probably be summer if they know if they have the points back if they do which means the non of the clubs in the relegation scrap will know what their fate is long after the season has ended. How do they plan or budget for that? All to keep the rags and dippers in their place, instead we have Pandora’s box opened.

What a fucking mess. Can't see Masters and perhaps even the PL surviving this.
How they hoodwinked the majority into thinking it was to protect teams from doing a Portsmouth or Leeds, which would still probably happen.
Forest made a crazy lot of signings when they were 1st promoted but they stayed up & the gamble paid off. They have an owner who is willing to invest, so why shouldn't they be able to do what other clubs have done in the past.

Majority of these teams and owners are clueless just keep voting the way the cartel clubs tell them, like someone sticking their hand in a fire and then a week later doing the same thing again
Here‘s something Think For Yourselves instead of going with what certain clubs want which is to look after themselves and Fuck You ..

Yep, the plan seems to be working. Whip up some manufactured outrage from the fans of other clubs, make it seem like we are some kind of untouchables, make it seem like we are the bad guys, then when the calls for punishment is at its highest, then "succumb" to pressure and slap us down with something ridiculous. That way "justice" would have been served.

This, it is fucking madness, we have the best , richest league and they are trying to control it to a ridiculous level and messing it up
Nostalgia has a way of sweeping the past under the carpet. Everyone now calls for a return to the good old days, back when owners were local. If these targeted attacks on foreign owned clubs continues, most global business brands and consortiums would dread investing in the PL and the ones who already have a stake would be looking to dump it and move on to other leagues where the league management would welcome them with open arms.

These foreign consortiums are creating jobs and striving to operate despite enormous taxes and a biased media, as if that isn't enough, you have certain clubs pulling the strings behind the scene to make matters even worse. If they keep up this way then the good old days would be back and most fans clamouring for a return to the traditional way will realize just how good they are having it now.

Surely the accounting period has to line up with the end of the transfer window.
