One-goal defeat more than acceptable given the circumstances. We can turn it round at ours.

Keep Bernardo close to Lewis. Instead of trying to deal with Vinicius when he has the ball we'll have to focus on cutting the supply lines. Kinda like we do when we play PSG - instead of trying to stop Mbappe, we just starve him of the ball. Lewis, Stones, Bernardo, Kevin, and Rodri can bunch up and do that job.
 
Kev looked back to his best on Saturday played 90 minues so I wonder if he can play 2 games in 4 days after he's been managed by the medical team. Saying that RM won't put 10 behind the ball & there will be space for Haaland to run into.

Kovacic or Lewis next to Rodri will help a defence that isn't as solid as last season. Gvardiol coming off at half time looked tactical but seeing as he missed open training today was it for a slight injury

The only problem with that is you're creating 2 problems out of 1, taking Berny out of midfield where he's going to be needed for me is more important than makeshift fullback

Kev will get the Luton game off so I expect him to play.

I agree.

As good as Rico was the other day and how promising he is as a footballer, Vinicious is a step too far.

Even a prime Kyle Walker has his toughest games against Vinicious and at times been gotten' the better of.
