I thought it was a bit harsh on Graham Baker too...

I’ve said it on here but before but when I was a kid and first going to games I thought people went to football matches to shout abuse at Graham Baker and my dad was the ring leader

Unfortunately we are losing with this team.

That’s what I am convinced will happen, but then we will win the league. The fixture pileup will be to blame, not the players or manager. It forces him to prioritise and rotate.

The question is whether to start with the best possible team and use squad players to finish the game or to begin with squad players like Rico and Nunes and then sub on the likes of Rodri, Walker, KDB and Bernie in the 2nd half. I think the 2nd option is better.

Given that Grealish played only 70 minutes vs Real, he might be ready to start. Gvardiol is more likely to recover quickly than Dias.
