Absolute warriors. Skill, elite-level coaching, and lots and lots of money get you only so far… what gets you over the line is courage, and those lads have it in abundance.

For a mild diversion, try searching “bottle”, “cojones” or “bollocks” in various Match Day threads - Wednesday night’s especially - and see who doubts it. I’m no good in a fight, and never was, so maybe I’m no judge of folk who’d be prepared to question the bottle of Ruben Dias in an online forum, but not to his face.

Hats off to all you Blues who made it here today, especially those who saw the heroic failure on Wednesday night. They know, and you know.

Despite not playing well at all, we just appeared in an all-time competition record sixth consecutive FA Cup semifinal and managed to win it.

Now on to focusing on securing a record fourth consecutive Premier League title.

I personally think the players deserve an immense amount of credit for getting through that. You could tell they were dead on their feet but they got across the line.

And well done, Bernardo — all anyone can do is to respond well to their mistakes and he did everything he could today to just keep going, even though he will know he wasn’t on it, and he got his rewards.

Also special mention to the “brainless” Doku—really gave us an impetuous and thrust when he came on. He was my MOTM.

Agreed with all. I think Doku is an impact sub. For me Grealish gets picked first atm.
 
Phenomenal. The way the team went again after Wednesday was superb. Get the fuck in!!! Another FA Cup final, living the dream!

Now some well earned rest for a few days before we go again at Brighton.

6 league games to go but whatever happens we are back at Wembley.
 
We deserved that sort of win considering the sort of game that was played on Wednesday. We could have the opportunity to beat United in two FA Cup finals in a row...

I loved the way Pep gave the football authorities and the TV companies both barrels after the game.

He was 100% right in what he said, why wasn’t our semi-final on the Sunday?
 
After watching today, I think Pep has got one more extension and one last great attacking team in him. Haaland up top, four tricksy little fuckers swapping positions behind him. He must be buzzing more than we are how much they're prepared to fight for him.

It's also a good job Ortega kept us at 0-0.
I hope that the knock he got isn't anything much and also that he starts in the final.
