Well over 80% of 18-35 year old Democrats are going to be fuckin Biden off come November. What an absolute senile old **** to still be authorising Military to blow kids up when that amount of your Base have had enough. The swing states he needs are going to fuck him right over.

Yep, might as well let Trump in now, he’s fucked up the election with this college stuff.

The two post above are missing the point. It was LAPD, no the military who cleared the protesters at UCLA. LAPD is one of the, if not the most militarised in the way it operates, but it was most definitely not the military. State police operate under the governance of their respective state legislator; absolutely nothing to do with Biden. It would have been a different matter had it been Federal law enforcement.

But that is election for president, not election for LAPD. It absolutely has something to do with Biden.

The protest is against Biden's policies, yes but the protesters were dispersed and a number of arrests were made based on decisions made at state level which is absolutely sod all to do with Biden.
Are people getting fooled by Trump claiming all the time about Biden weaponising stuff? He has said several times that the DOJ has people in the NY state apparatus which is a lie, I think.

Fox News are all over it - "Biden's Axis of Evil".

Many Americans have no Idea about how politics or state governance works, let alone care. They tend to believe everything their preferred source of 'news' tells them.

They are chanting Genocide Joe at him in his speeches. They are blaming him solely.
For his foreign policy, yes. Nothing to do with what the LAPD did at UCLA as some posters have claimed.

Israel is a very difficult situation, and isn't going to be solved any time soon. Not by Biden, not by Trump and probably not by any politician alive today. It'll take generations to sort out, ant there will be more blood spilled before it gets and better.

Was watching an interview with Michael Moore on CNN. He's from michigan and said Biden will lose every swing state because of his Israel stance and let Trump in. An absolute certainty unless he listens to the huge percentage of Democrats and changes direction on his policy.

Then they let Trump in. People can point out the obvious dangers of Trump, but if voters decide to ignore it then so be it. Voters are already feeling the effects of the last Trump presidency from cancelling the Iran deal to abortion rights, so if they can’t work it out from that, then there is not a lot you can do.

But the argument Bob is when the majority of your support, large percentage want you to change course and he still won't listen you have to ask, Why?

I can’t yet agree that the Israeli problem will derail Biden.
1. The numbers are unknown, relying on opinion polls which are not a good guide.
2. Suburban housewives who normally vote Republican will switch the other way, due to abortion rights. The numbers are unknown.
3. It is a long way to November. US policy may change in the meantime and/or be successful at brokering a ceasefire.
4. Trump’s support is weakening especially among traditional Republicans and the GOP is desperately short of funds.
I conclude that, while this issue will harm Biden, it is not clear by how much. Hold fire for now on the despair.

He needs that 18-35 vote which are 85% against him currently

Michael Moore is hardly a good source for voting intention. He is propagandising. There is no certainty about it.

This is not a commentary on the policy position.

I don’t think he really needs it as much as people think. The people most vocal in their rebuke of Biden are young people who ostensibly don’t vote. When those people are excluded Biden and Trump are basically even, like they are across most demographics in polling (though I’ve previously stated my belief that Trump gets consistently overrepresented in polls).

This is a classic example of why young people should aim to have better turnout at elections, because until they do, people will be less inclined to court them with policy.

This from CNN:

No doubt there is an impact of this issue on polling. I just think it is way too soon and too temperamental to suggest it’s terminal for his campaign.

When push comes to shove, if young people just don’t show up to vote then that will be… well quite normal really.
